Me and the family we drove in all the way from Markham last night to enjoy Eid dinner. Little did we know we were going to waste an entire hour and half to leave home hungry and frustrated.We had two kids hungry and thirsty didn’t even get water. 20 mins to take a seat we had to beg them to and then the order was placed right away. The lady disappeared.The owners and the family were having food served while the whole restaurant was starving.The food looks amazing so disappointing with our experience and ruined our Eid.

On the day of Eid, we came to this place thinking we are going to have dinner. It was jam packed, we thought ok, it’s jam packed meaning food is gonna be amazing, waited in the queue for more than 20 minutes, there was just one lady cleaning most tables, so she took time, hurrying back and forth to the kitchen. No one in the reception area, no one to communicate. They were all too busy. One lady with the hijab, came in took in the order, and disappeared on us. We asked for water, water was served after 15 minutes. Still no sign of the food. All they did was serve the food for one particular table. No one bothered to come in and communicate or ask if everything was ok, or say sorry we are a bit behind, or at least bring in the appetizer or anything… came in around 9:30, till 10:30 there was no sign of food. We spoke to the lady to was wearing a hijab, asking where the food was , she said oh they didn’t give you the food yet? Let me check, she went inside the kitchen and that’s it. Never saw her for the next couple of minutes. We had to come out of the restaurant without having any food.If you couldn’t serve food for us, you could have let us know at the reception itself.Anyone who is interested to go in, please call in first.We came all the way from Markham to enjoy the food here. We left hungry n disappointed. Guys communication is key. If you don’t let the customer know, we won’t know. Please don’t waste time.

Extremely terrible experience. Came here with the family and bought the $100 4-5 people bbq lover and 2 additional chaplee and the quantity was extremely low compared to other similar platters we have tried. The wait time to get the food was over an hour. Even when we got the food we had to wait extra good 10 minutes to get the plates and they didn’t give us the salad and sauces till we were basically done eating. It was a very busy day and this place was so understaffed and overwhelmed. Management really need to get it together instead of wasting customers money.

Ridiculous, we were there by 8 & we got our food by 10, half of our food was cold!!! Won’t be ever coming back! They were most interested in hosting their own family ( looks like owners family) our drinks were late, no water on table, servers were tired , we waited so long for the food! Wasted our evening !

They really have a very bad customer service. I was waiting for more than 30 minutes. No one came to ask us anything or serve us . People came after us and they got served before us . I will never go back there and I will tell my family and friends not to go too .

My experience with this restaurant wasn’t good, I had their Iftar buffet, food was cold and menu was limited and I wasn’t feeling well after the meal.

We came on a Tues evening just a few tables filled most of the place was empty…the service was so poor. We got wrongly charged for our food order. Then the food came after 1 hour of waiting. There were only 2 young girls serving - they looked so overwhelmed and looked like they were going to cry. The owner needs to hire more staff…the place is too beautiful for it to turn into shambles.
