Tapioca is bad and the milk tea really can make u get diabetes. But the foods are good tho.

I don’t really like bubble tea but the cappuccino black milk tea was amazing! It did take a while for them to make but it was a nice cool place to stop on a hot sunny day

It took a half hour to get our taro milk teas. It tasted bland and watered down. There was only 1 person working there. The place could have some potential by adding some music and a better ambience. The tea just doesn't cut it and waiting a half hour for 2 drinks is just not acceptable. If yuy want a better quality bubble tea, go to The Alley.

Always a pleasure coming to this location. The bubble teas are flavourful and they dont over stuff it with ice so you get a proper beverage instead of two gulps and a bunch of ice. Prices are good as well and they have a rewards program.

It's been a while since I last came here because I've moved too far for convenience, but I still think about how delicious the tea is here. Very cute decor as well. I'll be back next time i'm in the area!

We ordered 3 bubble tea from this place and It took them like a 15 minutes. If was plane black milk tea, nothing speacial. Tapioka was mushy, smells kind of bad:( Don't go this place unless you want to ruin your taste.

Bubble tea is not good and watery, very minimal tapioca and ice. Can't believe this has so many good reviews. This place is so weird, like a child's bed room with random stuff and stickers stuck on the walls everywhere.

Edit: I love this place. However Coco has opened down the street, and if I can make one recommendation, can Bubble Kitea add roasted Milk tea, and pudding toppings onto their menu? I really like that from Coco and can't seem to find an equivalent at Bubble Kitea.

I've been coming to this place for bubble tea over the last 3 years and there have been some positive and negative changes. Positive: better layout, more tables, variety of food and a television. Negatives: the overall standard and taste of the tea. I don't know if they started using a different brand of powders but the Taro tea does not taste the same- like at all. Same goes with some of the other flavours, except for melon. Overall a great place but the quality isn't there anymore.
