Service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. Free refills on the Pepsi I believe.The wings tasted really good. Everyone liked what they got. We all had different ones and the server gave us sample sauces with chips to try them with before our order. We recommend mango habenero, pa garlic and kickin honey garlic. Fries were good too. Celery and carrots were not the best. Overall great experience, would come again.

There was only one waitress for the whole dining side of the restaurant, which was a tad odd with how busy it was. Everything was overcooked (wings and burgers) with the exception of the nachos and fries. Atmosphere wise, it's nice with all of the screens and games going on at the same time (baseball, college hoops, basketball, golf).I'd recommend coming with friends and getting the game day special on the domestic beers and have some apps. Come to enjoy the game or games.Expect slow service, but enjoy the time you have to converse without being interrupted.

I recently dined in at Buffalo Wild Wings and was impressed by the delicious food and fantastic customer service! On a busy evening, Matthew was able to find me a table quickly. I was immediately seated and a server was with us shortly. I ordered the dirty dubs tots and the house sampler - both were amazing. I especially loved the dirty dubs tots. Will be back soon for some more wings! Huge thanks to Matthew for your kindness and assistance throughout the evening.

(We did not catch her name but we came Monday Nov 21st around 10:30pm on the bar-side)Our food came out in spectacular timing, it was all hot and wings were saucy! Great to have right after getting off a long flight.Great job thanks!

We had Rose as our server. She was phenomenal. The food was great, Tuesdays are buy one get one 50% off wings. She took care of us when we were in a rush for the movies. Would definitely recommend her and this restaurant to anyone. One of the best wings restaurants in Ontario.

Loved the food. Buffalo Wild Wings has always been our (me and my wife) favorite. Though I loved the US one more than the Canadian.The service was slow as we were waiting for the waitress to take our order for at least 15 mins.But other than that all good.

First time at Buffalo wings. So many choices I needed help and boy was John really helpful. Didn’t know what to order but he made the best recommendations and wow wasn’t it the best wings I’ve ever had. Really appreciate sincere servers since these days it seems like McDonald’s. One of the worst experiences ever! Food was mediocre at best. Server was inexperienced, which wasn’t the issue. The issue we had was the food my wife ordered was prepared wrong, thus making her have to eat alone, as my food was correct and I had already begun eating my wings. A new meal was prepared for her. Not entirely correct again, and the managers response was ahh well! Too bad we made your food! Won’t be eating at this location again.

Horrible restaurant. Can’t speak for other locations but if you can, avoid the Argenta rd one. First time reviewing this place but have complained directly to management in the past…but nothing seems to change. Really boils down to management since the employees all come and go while management has remained unchanged.So what’s the problem? Well, food- wings 9 times out of 10 are rubbery…like they’ve been sitting around for a long time. It’s quite common to receive your wings stuck together because no one bothered to give them a shake while frying. Sauces/dry rubs are at best 50% coverage because someone was too lazy to shake them up. Basically a serious quality control problem here. If you order for take out, chances are something is missing. Lastly, the cost…for what these guys charge… it’s incredible the quality one receives.Avoid if you can.

When we arrived to pick up the food we were told that there was higher than expected service levels and we would need to wait at least an hour for the food. We left without the food.Today we came to the argentia location to celebrate my kindergarten child’s graduation. All he asked for was wings. We took a chance. We arrive about 6:30. The restaurant was fairly busy we were seated right away. Our lovely server mentioned that he was new and he will do what he can to keep us happy. We were in a great mood and willing to go with the flow. We ordered a child’s meal of boneless wings in salt and pepper with veggie sticks. My husband and I ordered 30 wings traditional with a basket of fries. After an hour my child’s food came out with a lot of salt and pepper on it. I brushed off the excess and all was well. Except my husband and my wings didn’t come out. We kept waiting. Our waiter told us that the order didn’t get inputted correctly and was going to rush our order. We are now left with a cranky full child who is now ready for bed since it’s now 8:30. We are still waiting. At 9:03pm our food which we changed to take our finally arrived and so did the bill. We paid. Walked out. And then realized that the fries and veggies are missing. My husband went back in. We then got the fries. Still no veggies. We just left.If you want to take a chance, usually the food is good. But honestly the service needs to be dealt with.I don’t know if it’s the dining room staff or the kitchen but please I ask. If the owner is reading this, please look into why this happened.

You cannot go wrong with wings. The place is cozy , the staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic!Have been to the oakville location but this one is better. Love the spicy garlic wings, garlic parmesan and the hottest ones too.

No Thai Curry sauce ! Unlike USA we didn't find my favourite Thai curry available in Canada. Not sure why they don't have it. Menu options are not on par with USA. Service is good but as usual takes a minimum of 25 minutes. Like the cauliflower fry.

The wings were great and we fell in love with the onion rings! Very friendly servers and nice atmosphere. The music can be a little loud for those with very young kids.

Friendly and courteous servers. Good food. Kids loved the boneless wings. I split 20 wings and fries with the wifey. I got the dry rub desert heat and buffalo (it’s not spicy but good flavour). Prices are fair. One thing to work on is the washroom…it’s like a freezer in there lol.
