Food was okay. Nothing to brag about. It was thrown in the bag with no care whatsoever. The service was horribly slow. Workers were joking around and they skipped over our number. I will not be back next time I am in Toronto. I would have picked zero stars if I was allowed to.

The supervisor came and standing behind me started yelling at one employee . Like that one was responsible where the other employee was. He could have gone inside and check himself. I approached him politely and advised that I did not appreciate his attitude in front of the customers. He seemed indifferent.The food is bad. I ordered a cheese burger. The burger was minusculele and not tasting of anything. The cheese was almost inexistent. Then there was something sweet that they used that made the burger taste gross. The bun was so sticky that every bite was glued to my teeth.Avoid this place!

The staff was great, seemed very considerate making sure my Impossible burger was on a separate part of the grill and no cheese went on it.But there were no condiments available and only the regular bun. No whole wheat or gluten free, despite all the nice stickers and menus saying they were options.

Went to order 15 mins before closing, wouldn’t cook anything because they were closing. Why even stay open til 10pm and refuse customers, meanwhile employees standing around shooting the breeze doing nothing. Poor service!!!
