Horrible experience. They completely forgot about my order even though I was seated right in front of them. I had to get up after 30min of waiting to ask how much longer its going to be only to realize they didn't even start yet. After waiting another 20min they finally gave me my food. Luckily for me I decided to dine in because when I opened my burger it was made with cheese and I asked for no cheese. So I had to wait another 15-20min. The fries were also stale and did not taste fresh at all. You would think after making a customer wait over an hour you would at least make them fresh fries. I knew I should of went to the chickqueen next door lol... I almost asked for a refund but felt bad and was so hungry I didn't even complain about the shitty fries. Horrible experience, never going back.

I ordered the cheeseburger with an Oreo milkshake, and everything was amazing. The burger was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and seriously satisfying. You can tell care goes into the food.
The Oreo milkshake was just as good—thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. A perfect match with the burger.
Great service from start to finish, with friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend Burger Factory and I’ll 100% be back.

Last night I ordered 3 chicken burgers, despite telling the worker not to put pickles on 2 of the burgers 2 times he still put pickles on it, the burger he made was dry and disgusting it had no sauce on it not even mayo and the box it was in completely destroyed the burger it was super messy all the stuff had fallen out. It was too late last night when I came home and realized for 3 burgers that cost $50 I would like a refund ASAP!

Came here on a Wednesday night after soccer, there was only one man working and it was slightly busy, he was able to help out everyone and was kind and made us the most delicious burgers. Truly an example of how a good team member can truly affect your experience as a customer, will be coming back!
