Extremely dirty place .. looks like the floor and tables haven't been properly cleaned in years... you can feel the stickiness on the floor as soon as you step in.. the staff clearly don't care about hygiene as well as i found alot of tiny hair in my burger (that you normally have after a fresh haircut or a beard trim), so clearly someone making the burger or working in the kitchen who had a fresh haircut or beard trim decided to work without taking a shower first.. disgusting to say the least .. never going back there...

I recently visited first time here and I must say the burger was absolutely delicious – juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor! The presentation and taste really stood out, definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while.
On top of that, I want to give a special mention to Kiran, who served me.She was so polite, attentive, and made sure I had everything which I needed with a warm smile. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better. Great food and excellent service – I’ll surely be coming back

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burger Factory. Upon entering, I waited for someone to take my order, but no one approached me. I rang the bell on the counter, and although a staff member saw me, she continued chatting with her coworker. I rang the bell again, but she still ignored me. Eventually, a male employee approached to assist, but when another customer walked in, he prioritized them instead. Frustrated, I left. This is by far the worst Burger Factory I’ve ever visited, and I’m shocked they’re still in business with such poor customer service.
I strongly recommend reading the bad reviews to see the consistent problems others have faced. You’ll find plenty of feedback echoing the same disappointing service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location.
