He basically said to me what do you want with a very rude and confrontational demeanor? Placed an order via uber eats and canceled by mistake. Immediately called the place to ask to reinstate the order. Person on the phone said he will call back but instead thought it was a lot more appropriate to keep hanging up every time I called.

On Sat Dec 20, I submitted an online order at 4:20pm. It was for 5 burgers and 4 fries. Totaled $67.78. I waited 40 min for a fast food order and it wasn’t even prime dinner time! (The other 5 times I’ve visited, the waits were almost as long).
In 40 min, I could’ve cooked the burgers and fries myself. I’ve been to 5 star restaurants where gourmet food is ordered, served and eaten in less time.
There are franchises out there where if the store is busy/short staffed, online orders are booked for a later time slot. There’s never an excuse to make a customer wait more than 10 min for a fast food order. Think about how much a customer’s 1 hour rate is worth!
I won’t be coming back again. You’ve lost a customer for good. I don’t know how head office hasn’t revoked the franchisee’s contract agreement for poor performance.

“Fire” juicy Lucy was very disappointing had to double check half way through there was jalapeños there were, they were there just all seedless, onions were cut way to thick, fries n milk shake were good but it’s called burger factory n the burger was slop, just disappointed in general heard lots of good things

Went in for a quick bite around 5pm because it wasn’t busy and I wanted to be in and out. I was the only customer and it took over 20 minutes to get me my food.
When I did get it, the chicken was overcooked (so chewy it felt like I was eating leather) basically inedible. The fries were somehow even worse if that’s even possible. They were likely refried or cooked then reheated in a microwave because they were warm but again, inedible. The only thing they got right with my order was the canned drink.
I came here because I’ve been a long time customer of Burger Factory but this location has really turned me off to the idea of eating out for a while. Why pay money to eat garbage which is where the meal I paid for went after two bites.
To the franchise owner - I’d post pictures but I couldn’t get rid of the trash being served as “food” by your store fast enough - I hope you step up your quality control because a burger place selling inedible burgers won’t last long.
