Ordered burgers and fries for the family. Confirmation said 20 minute delivery time. Called after an hour to ask why it was taking so long. Called again after 1.5 hours. The guy apologized and offered a 20% discount for next order. Finally when the food arrived it was cold and we threw it away. What a waste of food and money.
