I almost turned around and left because of how dirty and grimy it was inside. I really regret that I didn't. The burger was pink inside and the bun tasted stale. I hope I don't get sick. Very expensive for poor quality and taste....never again.

I ordered online, and the delivery arrived 45 minutes late.
The courier didn’t receive the building entrance instructions that I added to my order.
The food was ice-cold, as if it had come from a freezer.
All communication was in French SMS messages, even though I never selected that language.

The way they treat people is absolutely disrespectful! The burger looked nothing like the photo, and they didn’t even bother to label them — we were guessing which one was which.
Overall, the experience was terrible.

Very overrated- could you please change oil where you cook your fries. And also maybe have the toilet available for customers at all times. Visited last night.

Quality of food is amazing. Perfect smash burger. Staff is amazing. The price... Was a little rough (though they have deals) but I'll be back for the quality. Garlic sauce was incredible.

Just order a cheeseburger and it wasn't a good experience. Barely any cheese, paper slice tomate and onion, no pickles and lettuce as ordered and very thin burned patty. Very upsetting

Honestly it's a decently good burger, But is also comes with a large bill. For me although I usually figure you get what you pay for philosophy. For me what you get is not elevated enough to make me want to pay the inflated prices. I haven't been going there for the past six months. A spiraled fried potato on a stick isn't worth $8 😕.

Just ordered from here for the first time, but definitely won't be the last!! That was one of THE best burgers I have had in years!! Had a real home made taste. Also got onion rings which were phenomenal!! Loved they were breaded, not fried. There are not enough words to tell you how much we loved this. Very reasonable too. We ordered the single cheeseburger combo and got 2 for 1 deal through Door Dash for $18.99 including a drink. Only constructive feedback is that burger said it came with lettuce & tomato, but we never got any. Doesn't matter cause it was absolutely delicious!!! Everyone needs to try Burger Factory. I've already told all my friends and family to go. You won't be disappointed

Pretty good, give it a try for sure...we split chicken sandwich and onion rings...tasty but a tad overpriced imo

Burger Factory is amazing! The burgers are super juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy, and the portions are great for the price. The staff are friendly and quick, and the place always feels clean and fresh. Definitely one of the best burger spots around! 🍔🔥
