food is ok but the place is teribly understaffed... it took them nearly 20 minutes just to give me a chicken sandwich and medium fries

I bought today Dragon meal with Mozzerlla sticks meal . The food was okay but manager wasnt friendly st all. When itold her im eating in mall i need a tray she just throw the bag on tray and left.

Extremely slow took almost 30 minutes. It seemed short-staffed so yall should change the title to slow-food restaurant or hire more people. Never coming here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. One of the female employees working now was extremely rude and unprofessional while dealing with customers. I asked her more ketchup she said you haven’t order this and when i asked for starw she said its in the bag but it was notHer attitude made me feel very unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, it was lacking here. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again. Very disappointing!”

I ordered 16 pc nuggets and I only got one dirty sauce and I'm missing one nugget. I am very disappointed as I've been visiting here for 13 years and this is the first problem I've encountered. Please do better.

Special mention for Iqbal. She is extremely sweet helpful and courteous. Helped us in getting what we were looking for and adjusting our ordered item as per our request.
Would definitely visit the place due to the exceptional customer service and experience.

Took the family for lunch. My wife's mozzarella sticks were dry, overcooked, and the cheese hard. My son had the Bacon and cheese whopper, there was only one thin slice of bacon. Mine was the bacon king, there was no bacon on it. Just cheese. I know that they were busy, 2 people in front and 2 people in the kitchen. And the wait was like 30 min, just from ordering to getting the food. Do not recommend.

Front desk guy is so rude

I went to Burger King today, and it was a disappointing experience. After a long wait, I finally got my poutine, only to find burnt gravy inside. It looked so gross that at first, I couldn’t even tell what it was. Waiting that long just for this was really frustrating. Definitely not what I expected.

This was my first visit to this Burger King location. I stopped by for lunch after a shopping day at Square One. I ordered the Whopper Cheese with fries, onion rings, and a coke. My meal was excellent and very tasty. The service was friendly, and I was served quickly. I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks! ??

Not only the food was stale but the burger was even worse it was so dry and very hard to eat also the portion of the poutine it's ridiculously smaller than a small, it was so dry and very bland barely any gravy. Plus the gravy has so much salt in it
