Burger King

My experience was very disappointing. Staff claimed my order was picked up when I had not received it. When I explained the situation, the staff offered no attempt to help or resolve the issue, which is unacceptable customer service.

Been coming here for years and never had a burger as bad as this one no taste,burger was cold,bacon was raw and the workers they where on there phone while hanging the food not very higenic when your hanging food would not come back to this location again

Literally Every time I order food from here it’s Ice cold and tastes like nothing. This place should’ve been closed down years ago but the brand still attracts foolish Nostalgic customers. Haven't eaten a Proper Whopper from this place in years. The workers they hire are disgusting too so Imagine how they handle your food.

The lady working the cash today was so rude and impolite. No customer service experience at all and just vey unwelcoming. Never come back here again.

Everytime I go to BK square one the burgers are poorly made and they give the fine, scraps to fries. The last time I got a whopper it tasted like nail polish and the fries were the tiny remains. Sometimes the same workers who are cashing handles the food. Do better BK because you just lost a few customers.

I went to Burger King at Square One today at 6:37 pm, but they had already put up a ‘closed’ sign. When I asked the staff if they could take my order, they refused. If the store is not open from 10 am to 7 pm, then why does it show those hours? Very disappointing experience.

Had such a great experience at the Burger King in Square One! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Even though it was busy, they took my order quickly and with a smile. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it, the burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and the onion rings were perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I saw the employee in black dress on August 5,2025 around 7 pm , touch food with bare hands after using their phone, which is a serious health concern . I am not satisfied with your service thats why i always choose mcdonalds over burger king

I had a great experience at Burger King recently, thanks to Loveleen! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It's rare to see someone so attentive and kind at a fast food place—her positive attitude really stood out and made the visit memorable.
The food was also fresh and delicious—hot fries, juicy burgers, and everything was made just right. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Shoutout to Loveleen for making my day a little better with her great customer service. Highly recommend this location!
