I had a disappointing experience at this Burger King yesterday. I decided to order something small because I wasn’t in the mood for too much fast food, so I asked for five chicken fries. Despite this option being clearly listed on their drive-thru menu, in-store menu, and app, the manager refused to sell it to me. Instead, he insisted that I could only order the 10-piece, even though I explained I didn’t want that much.

When I suggested they simply make five instead of ten, the manager flat-out refused and said that if I wanted five, I should order through a food delivery app to have it brought to my house. This level of inflexibility and poor customer service is astonishing. Why have menu options if the staff refuses to honor them?

This location could really benefit from a lesson in how to treat customers and run a business. Refusing to fulfill a simple order due to quantity is baffling and unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I've come to this BK many many times throughout the years. Usually it's very good.

Why are these workers (usually a specific nationality) so cheap though as if it's coming out of their pocket?

I ordered a large fries through the drive thru, they put a medium amount of fries in a large box. I drove back, walked in to the restaurant and showed the guy at the desk the box was half empty. He's like there's more fries in the bag. I showed him there was only 3-4 fries in there.

He literally added a few more fries in my box. I told him all you're gonna do is add a few more fries and he just ignored me.

That's a picture of the fries after he refilled it, and I didn't eat a single one!!! I should have just ordered a medium and saved my money.

Are fries that expensive that you're willing to lose a customer over a few extra fries? This country is becoming ridiculous.

This place couldn't follow a simple request to add the extra cheese to the bottom bun and one on each patty, and the bun was very dry

The food was absolutely trash. The fries were cold, one burger was missing condiments, the service took about half hour to be ready. We spent a good amount of money as a family of four and recieved disgusting food. I couldn't serve it to my children. It was bad. Staff also needs to learn to change gloves when dealing with cash and food. You have to change gloves and wash hands. Crucial for food service.

They looked understaffed or scheduling was not done properly.

The manager was sitting in the dining area. possibly on lunch break with a friend and ignored to help the kitchen out when the staff was getting overwhelmed by a lunch rush.

The dining area is outdated. The whole place needs a revamp. The staffing needs to be retrained. There needs to be more staff on site and the manager needs to participate in time of need.

Went through drive through and got a rodeo chicken sandwich. Was asked to park as it will take a few extra minutes. Not a problem at all. Ended up waiting over 10 minutes, eventually went inside to see what’s happening . Finally get my order and half of what I paid for isn’t even on the burger. No onion rings, no bbq sauce. Just an old piece of chicken and mayo with half a slice of cheese!!! Not worth $22! Never again going to this location. It has gone backwards in the last few months!!!

Just go on wopper wed or if i have coupons like the burger,fries are just ok . went again and 15 min for the car in front of me to get 1 small bag and 2 drinks not sure if it was shift change but way to long for (fast food) and again way to long but this location has trees , so shade and looks nicer than just parking lot. But just like all drive thru cant get order right.

Ordered lunch here for myself and my 2 year old daughter and I noticed that the man that took my order and cashed me out handled cash, then with the same gloves proceeded to pack my food and touch my food. Money has been through millions of hands and millions of places and I’m thoroughly disgusted as the fact that he touched money and then touched my food. Completely ruined my whole meal.

Today, they were understaffed. I arrived just after 1 p.m., and the line waiting to order was about 10 people. I placed my order at 1:33. It should not have taken half an hour just to place my order. The cashier was often away from his station, doing other people's jobs, especially packaging and presenting food to the customers. When they have a long line, the cashier's primary responsibility must be to get the orders from the customers and only attend to other tasks when there are no customers waiting to order.
