Usually go on weekends around lunch, or during the week evenings, ordering for two people.Drive thru is highly recommended. Hardly anyone in line and usually not busy. Staff are quite friendly and service is fairly quick.Inside is the same idea. Sometimes it can be mess, with people leaving their food on the table.The food is okay, go in with expectations of fast food quality and nothing else.

After 22 years of coming to this location, I never would have imagined the level of cheapness Burger King has resorted to. They now serve small drinks and say its a medium, 2 bite chicken juniors, 1/4 size the routine they used to give, with almost no cheese curds and light gravy. The only enjoyable sandwich was my spicy crispy chicken, $25 for a lousy portion, incredibly cheap and not worth the price. Burger King, you have now lost a customer, PERMANENTLY...I would advise anyone else to not go here and buy Popeyes instead.

The snack I ordered was wonderful. Unfortunately the sales person was not showing courtesy to ask me whether it's having in store or take away..She decided it should be takeaway and she packed it!Customer experience ha!Kid-friendliness: There are some kid friendly seating.

Bought Roadhouse King Burger today: December 29th at 2:30pm. Roadhouse burger is supposed to have beef and mozarella cheese. Why does it have chicken? And why does it have cheddar cheese? I did not open the bag until I just got home now and I feel cheated. This is not what I paid for. I was wondering why the food was was ready within 2 seconds after I paid, almost like I was given a burger that had been sitting there and not what I ordered. The woman at the back who put the burger in the bag was just busy chatting away with the guy there before and after packing my food, so I doubt she was paying attention. The fries also tastes salty and like it was fried in old oil. I also bought 8 chicken nuggets. I ate 2 of those in the restaurant and threw the rest in the garbage there because they tasted like they were fried in old oil and just did not taste good at all. I guess I should've checked the bag then but I trusted that you would've done the right thing and give me the food I paid for. I'm unable to eat either of these and I couldn't eat the chicken nuggets either, so what a waste of my money. I've been here a few times (the last time was probably earlier this year) and have always had a good experience, especially with your fries that always tasted nice and fresh like real potatoes, but all I bought today are all really gross, not to mention I didn't get what I paid for. Waste of my $21.56. The person at the cash register coud also be friendlier. Disappointing all around.
This BK need some serious reno. Went through DT at 10:30 pm (mind you it was pitch black outside and raining at the time), I literally felt like I was driving through an abandoned forest. It was such an outdated and unpleasant atmosphere. There was poor signage of where the DT actually started, not to mention the lane is also super narrow where the sharp turn is. Likewise, they were very slow with the food delivery when there’s literally not a single car other than me in the DT. The worst part is the service is subpar, as the girl at the window just handed me the food with zero acknowledgement or even a simple hello. I guess the staff there are miserable working there — but come on, you guys aren’t even busy half the time.Avoid this location if you can.
