Thank you so much for the team who are working in early morning around 3:19 am I was after my work and these guys took my order from drive thru even though I didn't had a car 100 /100 for customer service and satisfaction

Went through drive thru on two separate occasions. The first time they forgot items and only realized it when we got home. The second time we paid for double patty and they only gave a single, again only realizing when we got home.
No fork given for poutine didnt get dips I paid for. Paid about $3 for the dips just to not get. Also not to mention onions put on my burger when I said no onions.

I don't have any complaints about the food or the personal, but, the place is freezing cold, there's no way you can enjoy your meal without shivering or having your food cold. Also, thats no a proper working environment, manager do something or te city will do.

The service atmosphere is good and the food as well, but is so cold inside, I couldnt enjoy my food because I was freezing, my burger got cold and my fries as well, I ask about it and the lovely employees told me they could not do anything about it, because apparently head offices has control over the thermostat?, which is so dumb and unhelpful, if you go to eat inside one should expect to be warm so you can actually enjoy your food, instead of freezing your butt off. I would really appreciate if it gets fix .

Washroom not avlbl. The lady crew did not know what to do to open the locked ladies’ washroom (both), & even men’s washroom (both), an old guy waiting too, when nobody was there. I waited for about 30 minutes, she did not know what to do. She even didn’t call the supervisor or whoever knows about it. This sunday, nov. 23, 2025, at about 5:50pm.

i came for uber pickup .. The guy named taran spoke very rudely..moreover i stayed in line for 15 minutes.. and he was just chitchating with customer . and wasting my time

Hot chocolate is very watery. Sometimes it's okay when ordering the small size. Sometimes, it's very watery and diluted even with small size. You have to pay extra to change to hot chocolate. I know you can do better. ----- We are regulars here. The quality has been pretty consistent.
