The food was fresh and hot and the service was great. The owner of the store obviously doesn't appreciate the staff as there isn't a tip jar or any way to tip if you use a card. Shame on the owner!!!

I go for Whopper Wednesday. If you need a break for the wallet, BK can be a cheap option. Always seem to have an inexpensive option.

I was kept on hold to order for 10mins and another 20mins after I order to get my order. I requested a refund after long wait but they said they couldn't provide a refund. Very rude also

Horrible service. Mostly from who i believe is the manager (her picture is posted multiple time in other reviews). I didn't know i had to scan my rewards redemption before ordering so I placed my order and then scanned (like I do at most other place). They couldn't delete or void the original order from the system before finalizing, said they're system doesn't do that. They wanted me to pay and would write my name and number in a book so I could come back whenever and get a free meal, even if it was a year of 2 from now. There is no signage saying to scan redemption before, I was told they didn't have to post signage, which is understandable but then they should have a way to void items or orders, people make mistakes. What happens if another customer changes their mind on an item and wants to switch something or the associate inputs the wrong order then what.

The managers if your facility are rude and barely fit to be around customers. In particular, they have said disgusting things to and about me and they are very lucky that I have not taken further action against them. I was a regular customer and will not return. I can see that there are MANY complaints about these two managers and yet you still have them dealing with customers. I will not elaborate on what they did to me but I will say that they are lucky I am stopping after leaving this review, as I had considered further legal action. Thank you to Moira and the other young ladies for always being polite and professional.

You may not care that you lost this customer but when you lose many... it matters.
