I was at Burger King Mississauga road around 8:30 PM on Saturday to pick up an order. I had to wait between 5-10 minutes, and during that time not a single employee was present in the store. It seemed like everyone was on break, but this is not good for the organization or for customers waiting. Please check the cameras for this incident.

Wow! What a major renovation! Clean super modern design. The downside is there is no refillable drink fountain, but the staff was very friendly and provided refills. Probably the best looking burger King restaurant in Mississauga now.
Good opening hours and lots of kiosks to avoid long queues.

Ordered two spicy chicken drive-in. At window they informed that they only have one spicy, so I went with one spicy and the other regular.
But finally they packed both regular chicken.
Pathetic service and not trustworthy.

Very slow service, old..1980s furniture, dirty and dusty from construction.
Definitely gone downhill over the years. Currently undergoing a reno. Service is worse over the years. Price has increased like everything else, but their size has decreased. Promos also not as good as they used to be. Such a shame.

Hi,
I went today to your store in the morning and ordered 2 for $6 English muffin but the guy there told me there is no this such item on the system.
I told him I am already ordering the same item almost everyday from this store. But he wasn’t not able to find this on the system.
They’re other employees always able to order this item on your system but I don’t know what is wrong with this guy. (he might need someone to show him where is the order on the software).
I left and I went to another Burger king store in Mississauga too and the person there was able to order the same item on the system easily.
Please investigate in this matter.

I ordered fresh fries (HOT) with a touch of salt so I had to wait a few minutes.Upon finishing I've noticed that one of the staff member mixed the fresh fries with fries that was already there and gave me with my burger so I called him out on his BS and eventually he had to drop a new set of fries and had to "WAIT AGAIN".So the overall time probably took 15 minutes which is too damn long.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan burger, ok ?
Parking: Good lots of parking look out for the bumps on the corner
Kid-friendliness: Good with a lot of space and crowns ? for the kids
