Freshly renovated restaurant, double drive thru lanes, new menu items, improved mozza sticks, I'm glad this location is sticking around! The drive-thru service has usually been fast and accurate. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for my dining-in experience 10 months later.

Atmosphere is fine. Service is terrible. Gave us the wrong sundae and had to go up twice to get the correct one. Was told the strawberry was in fact chocolate the first time. First burger was up abt 5-7 minutes before the 2nd was placed on the counter to sit and get cold. Burger toppings on first were everywhere all over the paper all over the bun. Crazy. Staff should be trained better.

Yesterday we went during late evening, and Bharti took our order. She was very kind and helped us so much with our order. She made sure our food was made up to standard and made sure that we found it tasty. She took her time to make them so good. Our interaction at this location was very friendly because of Bharti. I recommend this location!

Fries tasted old and was very cold and the beef patty seems to have been sitting for a while ,they reheated it before serving it but it really took away from that usually fresh, juicy whopper taste ,floors and tables were dirty and it wasn't even busy .
Had a great visit with Burger King. We are assisted by Rohaan and he made sure to inform us about promotions that we did not know about. Great customer service

I was at Burger King Mississauga road around 8:30 PM on Saturday to pick up an order. I had to wait between 5-10 minutes, and during that time not a single employee was present in the store. It seemed like everyone was on break, but this is not good for the organization or for customers waiting. Please check the cameras for this incident.
