I was visiting Toronto and stayed at the adjoining Holiday Inn. Went to the restaurant on the second day and that was a good decision. 5 stars.

Pros: 1)Food-The burger was solid and the fries had a great taste.

2) Lots of space- The restaurant was not busy at all when I went so having the attention of the staff was grand.
3) The beer- The beer selection was top-notch. In the ice code glasses were perfection. 10/10!

Cons: 1) The fries could have been hotter when they arrived.
2) the kitchen didn’t get started right at 5pm, which was not an issue, but for some people it could be.

Overall: I would come here again. It was nice that it was attached to the hotel and the service was very polite. Vansh was a pleasure to work with since we were the first people at the restaurant when they opened right at 5 PM.

Appears to be microwave meals, beer on tap isn't sold enough to keep good, larger clearly tasted off.

No atmosphere because there's nobody there!

Server was very friendly, if anything over attentive.

I had buffalo chicken wrap w fries. No vinegar????? Also the ketchup was BBQ sauce. Wrap tasted great but the chick was 3 nugget sized pieces of chicken. Food came hot and quick.

If this isn’t the best burger I’ve had in Canada, it’s definitely one of the best. Everything was spot on — the service was excellent, super friendly and attentive. I also really enjoyed the amber ale, full of flavor and perfectly paired with the food. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food is just slightly better off than fast food. Probably better to go across the street to Wendy's . Not worth the money.

Their theory is to rip you off with a slogan name that sounds goods… burgers are microwaved crap. Bar sucks with breakneck TVs on the ceiling that are all glitchy. Obviously a non original Canadian owner out to get your money and nothing more. Holiday Inn should reconsider this co-location.

Stayed one night at the holiday inn, went to this restaurant for dinner as it is in the lobby. Ordered siracha wings and a burger. Both came at the same time after asking for the wings to come out first. I ate one wing and asked the server again if these are to be hot, she said the kitchen mixes the sauce with mayo to make it not as hot. These had no heat to them at all, just tasted like a cream sauce. This after she said during ordering these were the hottest and buffalo and bbq were mild. I asked for her to let the kitchen know they were not good. These burger had no flavour and grease was dripping from the bacon. She asked if I wanted the wings packed up, I said no. Still only ate the one. I heard her take it to the kitchen and throw them in the garbage without speaking to the kitchen. This was the worst meal I have eaten in a year. Travel all the time, eat out allot and never complain or write reviews. I can truly say, don’t eat here. Didn’t offer a discount or to take the in eaten wings off the bill. Also tried to watch a hockey game as I was travelling alone for business, the tvs would stop every few minutes. Horrible experience. Makes holiday inn look real bad, no wonder there was no one there.

DO NOT EAT HERE. My family of 4 stayed in the hotel for a weekend, we got in later in the evening so decided to eat at the burger theory for convenience. It was empty - no other patrons.
We ordered some wings and the Tuscan flatbread for apps. Wings were fine, the flatbread was delicious until about 1/2 way through - I took a bite and got a sharp piece of plastic that poked the inside of my mouth. I showed the server, she showed the chef and they offered us complimentary app for the issue.
We each ordered a burger - two burgers we asked to be plain with just ketchup on one and just lettuce and mayo on the other, one we asked for with no onions and the fourth was as per the menu.
Three of the four burgers were wrong - they all came fully dressed with melted cheese, caramelized onions, sauces etc. and those three burgers were all charred black and hard.
I politely discussed my concerns with the server (she was great), she went back and spoke to the chef and said they can give us one burger complimentary. The chef was firm on that being the most they could offer us. No offer even to make the food the way we had asked for.
I’m not one to follow up about complaints, things happen. It would’ve just been easier for the chef to make the food the way we asked for it the first time or offer to correct the errors. I would avoid going here at all costs. Order Uber eats or go out somewhere else instead.
