Ordered the BT Boss. Supposedly ½ pound burger ‘stuffed’ with bacon, onion, sharp cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, lettuce & KGB sauce. I was expecting a large home made patty that was STUFFED or at least abundant with the listed toppings. What I actually received was a (standard frozen patty) 1/4 lbs maybe 5 oz patty with cheese & bacon slice. At $18 before tax….I essentially paid $4 + tax & tip for a slice of bacon. Do yourself a favour and either order their normal burger or pop next door to Wendy’s of Tim’s.

I went to the restaurant right when it opened at 5 PM, but was told it would be a 30-minute wait because they were still cleaning the kitchen. If you open at 5, that should already be done before customers arrive. I came back around 8 PM, sat for 10–15 minutes, and no one brought me a menu or took my order—even though the server was cleaning tables right beside me and clearly saw me sitting there. Very disappointing service.

I was visiting Toronto and stayed at the adjoining Holiday Inn. Went to the restaurant on the second day and that was a good decision. 5 stars.
Pros: 1)Food-The burger was solid and the fries had a great taste.
2) Lots of space- The restaurant was not busy at all when I went so having the attention of the staff was grand. 3) The beer- The beer selection was top-notch. In the ice code glasses were perfection. 10/10!
Cons: 1) The fries could have been hotter when they arrived. 2) the kitchen didn’t get started right at 5pm, which was not an issue, but for some people it could be.
Overall: I would come here again. It was nice that it was attached to the hotel and the service was very polite. Vansh was a pleasure to work with since we were the first people at the restaurant when they opened right at 5 PM.

I had buffalo chicken wrap w fries. No vinegar????? Also the ketchup was BBQ sauce. Wrap tasted great but the chick was 3 nugget sized pieces of chicken. Food came hot and quick.
If this isn’t the best burger I’ve had in Canada, it’s definitely one of the best. Everything was spot on — the service was excellent, super friendly and attentive. I also really enjoyed the amber ale, full of flavor and perfectly paired with the food. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
