Am a frequent flyer here. Staff are very friendly, polite and attentive. Portions are good, ingredients are fresh.

Since when has Burrito Boyz started to suck???!!! I've been a customer for a decade and I ONLY eat the calamari. I know how much calamari has to be in it. My last two orders, one in St Catharines, the other on Winston Churchill in Mississauga were as following: both no calamari to the middle of the burrito, then maybe 3-4 pieces from there on? All for $11.53. What gives??? I think it's time to look for a new burrito place.

Hi I have reviewed burrito boys so many times through other platforms as well. We love this type of fast Mexican healthy food. We have tried it from different locations . This location slaps every single time . Tonight I was served by Ekta. When you think customer service has died in fast food industry Ekta just was smiling friendly and made the order like a boss while managing till and other uber eats pick ups .throughout the whole 20 mins we were there she was smiling courteous to everybody and just served fast. I did not get the name of the other girl and two guys today but who were just brilliant moving things quickly and just having a good energy about it too. This is the best burrito Boyz location in mississauga . Hands down. I have tried Dundas and Hurontario, Meadowvale and Burnhamthorpe and this one is the best . It is service like this that makes you feel good about the restaurant and want to go back . Great job today Ekta and burrito boys team

Just ordered 2 burritos and a bowl for the family.tonight, $40+. Waited over 30 minutes for it, from online order. Halibut bowl was good, chicken burrito good but way too hot when order no spice. The haddock burrito, absolutely disgusting, had it many times before from other locations and this location as well. Haddock was unchewable, undercooked pieces and disgusting. Horrible horrible horrible, maybe this location needs be retrained. Seeing previous reviews, looks like a common thing now a days. Do better Burrito Boyz!!!

I dealt with Ekta she is very helpful

used to come here weekly for years. Since then I have found the portions of meat to be extremely skimpy and the food to be terrible. Chicken often undercooked despite me having complained to corporate before. They use fake reviews to avoid dropping below 4 stars. Management needs to be replaced

What a great customer service and the best place to have authentic mexican food. Staff is so polite and welcoming feels like home. Keep feeding the beat burritos.

I was picking up for Uber eats. It was not ready and they said 5 mins and when i went in after 5 mins they rated by thumbs down for being late. Teach the staff some courtesy and to take responsibility for their screw ups.

i love burrito boys but this branch is the worst with service. they take forever to make a burrito.

$1.35 for Guac and they put a tiny scoop that they don't even fill up nor is it enough for a burrito. This place has gone downhill over the years. Much better burrito places in the area to support instead of this place.

The employees are very respectful and friendly, to add, the lady at the front is doing a great job at keeping everything organized.
