I ordered a chicken naked burrito extra steak, there wasn’t extra protein in it I also ordered quac and it was very little. Still tasted good just didn’t get what I payed for

We made a halt here while travelling. Jasmine was really friendly and helpful, and our order arrived right away! This was our first visit, and based on your taste, they create pretty good burritos. Jimmy and Jasmine are really helpful, and their service is also very swift. I advise all newcomers to visit here!

They are consistently a great team! They always keep in mind my special instructions and i have never had any issues with this location. My family and I love Burrito Boys, and this location has been our typical go-to, with fantastic service 99% of the time. Tonight may well have been a one off, but yikes, the service was abominable. We always order on the app, and since tonight's order was only two naked burritos with pulled pork, the estimated pick up time was 4 minutes. It takes us 10 minutes to drive to the restaurant, so we left right away. Upon arrival, our order hadn't been started, which in and of itself isn't a big deal, however, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes before we got our order and it wasn't even busy. 3 customers and a food delivery person came in after us and all received their meals in short order. The restaurant was virtually empty. The three staff out front were aware that we had a prepaid order via the app, and regularly made eye contact with us at the pickup side of the counter, but not once did any of them start the order, or ask for clarification until we reminded them that we had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. There wasn't any rush to complete any order, especially not ours, there wasn't any customer service, let alone good customer service. No one apologized for the delay or even confirmed our order, and the two women actually seemed irritated that we complained about the wait.
Generally, the customer service at this location has been impeccable, but tonight's experience has us planning to drive further for our dinner.
My wife introduced me to Burrito Boyz way back. The location we went to eventually dropped the ball after a management change. We stopped going for a long time because of our experience with the diminishing quality. About a month and a half ago, we decided to try one again after a 4 year hiatus. We chose this location. It’s as I remember it being. Fantastic quality, service and the staff are amazing. I’ve had literally 5 or 6 burittos in the last couple of weeks ?
