First time trying burrito boyz and it was good! Picked up a baked burrito, and the ingredients were fresh, the sauce as well pairs well with the toppings

This location is awful. The amount of food added to my bowl is significantly less than what the previous staff used to add. I’m paying $15 for my naked burrito bowl, and it barely fills me up. I’ve had to go back in the store after ordering my meal online, go in to pick it up, and go back in after noticing there is barely much in there. When I go they argue with me saying that’s what it’s supposed to be. I’ve been coming to this location for years but the last year the staff has changed and they are really stingy.
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location and will go to Streetsville even though it’s more of a drive for me as they provide more quantity without even asking.

Super disappointed with our order today. Everyone’s food arrived cold, which already started things off on the wrong foot.

I ordered a bean burrito with no spice, but it was definitely spicy. Another order was supposed to have jalapeños and didn't get any at all. The naked burrito was cold and looked pretty sad, like it had been thrown together last minute.

My family and I were really looking forward to this meal but unfortunately it missed the mark in multiple ways. I hope the quality and attention to detail improves because we’ve had better experiences here in the past.

This place used to be amazing. Steak was steak, now it's nasty ground beef and if you don't like spicy food, don't order from here. You get spicy food no matter what.
I do not recommend Burrito Boyz any more.

I was craving so bad for real nacho recipe like Mexican style, oh im in love with this place! They’ve extremely tasty nachos with good options of toppings. The crispyness of the nachos didn’t go soggy at all, and that’s the best part i like about. It was as fresh after an hour. Highly recommend 💯✅

I waited 40 minutes for one burrito combo—yes, just one—and it was an absolute mess from start to finish. When I was next in line, a staff member in the back told me to use the kiosk, even though I was already standing there ready to order. I used the kiosk, paid, got an approved receipt, and waited... and waited.

Eventually, a staff member told me there were no orders showing. I showed her my printed receipt and my bank statement clearly proving payment went through. Still, I had to wait another 15 minutes while they “figured it out,” even after I explained that my puppy was waiting in the car and I just wanted to place my order.

Finally, when the burrito was made, they didn’t include the fries or drink—a combo I clearly ordered and paid for. I had to ask again, and when I finally got the fries, they were half frozen and inedible. Disgusting.

No apology. No offer to refund or fix the issue. Wasted 40 minutes and my money for awful food and careless service. I will never come back and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Girl behind the counter dropped the serving spoon that was in the rice onto the floor. She thought I didn't see cause my body wasn't completely facing her, and put the spoon back in the rice. When I called her on it, she kept denying it. Eventually the manager got involved. I asked for my money back and he refused. Not only did I leave the store without a refund, but without food either - blacklisted for life!

My wife and I ordered a chicken burrito and a bean & cheese quesadilla, and unfortunately, they didn’t even taste like a burrito. The girl who prepared it put a very small amount of sauce, which made it feel like I was just eating plain chicken and rice. She also added very little of the other toppings, which really affected the taste and overall experience.

We’ve been to other Burrito Boyz locations and always loved the food, but this location was a huge letdown. I even gave polite feedback to the girl who made the burrito, suggesting she add a bit more sauce next time so customers can enjoy it properly—but rather they gave me attitude and completely ignored me. No one on the floor acknowledged our complaint or even apologized. We felt completely dismissed. At this part proper coaching on how to make a burrito should be given to employees and also teach how to talk to customers (basic courtesy like genuine sorry and thank you)

I believe in second chances but today was my final straw… I called the restaurant 4 times before I placed my order and yet we still get here . Not 1 time answered . I placed my order and imagine a cold soggy shrimp and haddock burrito. My mind is still blown . The fish was almost non existent, the shrimp was cold. The veggies sub bar and I asked for 2 lines on the app but nothing . Let me be exact cause I’ve been to a lot of locations . Meadowvale Town Centre seems to be missing the mark. They will never see me again .
