Burrito Boyz

Ordered 3 large chicken burritos and 1 chicken quesadilla. Recieved 1 beef burrito, 1 beef quesadilla and a burrito with no meat, on the wrong tortilla and will all of the wrong toppings. While the location was decently busy it is no excuse to mess up 3/4 items in an order

What happened to this place? This was literally my second go-to place after the Port Credit BBoyz. For the last year, more apparent in the last 6 months... this place has gone down the drain. I have had all the burritos and other than the Halibut and Shrimp.... the food is bad. Burritos are cold, cheese not melted, lettuce does not seem fresh, chicken/steak instead seems cold and rubbery. Customer service is okay, but I would say... Skip this location. The one star is being generous.

What happened to the quality of burrito boyz? Ordered a haddock burrito and got fish that’s been fried multiple times… it was filled with breading and dried out fish… Been a patron for the boyz for years but this is ridiculous…. Don’t eat here.

The Service was really poor! The one (male) preparing the food on October 7 was swearing non stop as if he didn't want to be there. I do not recommend anyone to bring their children to that location.

No ownership to wrong order. Made my entire meal wrong and just said there was nothing they could do. There is another burrito boys close, I would highly recommend ordering from another store.

Ordered 2 chicken burritos off uber eats. Tasted absolutely disgusting and half way through my wifes burrito she found a hair in it. Ended up throwing away the food. All of these restaurants now use no hair nets and have people working with long hair and big beards. Will not be eating at any burrito boyz anymore, this was the last time

So disappointed as I was craving this, nothing like port credit location. Chicken was grey and tasteless, so dry, I asked for extra salsa.
