If I was the owner I would be embarrassed and ashamed of myself. Will never step foot in a burrito boys again. I hope they get shut down

Terrible experience. The customer service was rude, the portions were small, and the chicken and rice were cold. It felt like I was paying for lettuce. Very disappointed with this location definitely not returning

I am beyond disappointed and pissed off with my experience here. The lady working there, Sabia or Siba, I don’t remember is unbelievably CHEAP with the food. I ordered three chicken burrito bowls, and I swear she gave me not even 1/8 cup of rice in each bowl and that’s AFTER I asked for her to add more. Like the rice and toppings was coming out of her paycheck. The portions were embarrassing — basically bowls of LETTUCE (which is brown by the way) with the tiniest amount of toppings. Total rip off!!

And then the serious part: I asked for avocado on the side for TWO bowls because my father has an allergy. What does she do? She plops avocado right ON the bowl anyway. When I told her, she literally just scraped it off and looked annoyed at me AFTER she said “well the sauce is already on it” That is dangerous and careless. If you mess up an allergy order, you REMAKE it. Period.

If my father has any kind of reaction because of this laziness, I will have to take legal action. Allergies are not optional and they’re not up for debate.

This location is a complete joke. Cheap portions, careless service, and zero respect for customer safety. I will NEVER step foot here again, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go to this location, we ordered a nachos and there was nothing but chips in the box, the ingredients are very minimal with 10 beans a spoon of lettuce etc , this is not my experience with other locations , avoid this location if possible

Third time in a row I'm getting ingredients in my burrito which I have mentioned not to add. This location getting more and more horrible. So sad.

First time trying burrito boyz and it was good! Picked up a baked burrito, and the ingredients were fresh, the sauce as well pairs well with the toppings

This location is awful. The amount of food added to my bowl is significantly less than what the previous staff used to add. I’m paying $15 for my naked burrito bowl, and it barely fills me up. I’ve had to go back in the store after ordering my meal online, go in to pick it up, and go back in after noticing there is barely much in there. When I go they argue with me saying that’s what it’s supposed to be. I’ve been coming to this location for years but the last year the staff has changed and they are really stingy.
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location and will go to Streetsville even though it’s more of a drive for me as they provide more quantity without even asking.

I love the food and the staff so much they’re always smiling and friendly not matter how busy they are each one of them are super nice and hard working great great staff am really writing this by heart no one asked me to 💙 keep the good work guys

They need more people working on Friday nights wait is over 30min.
