Me and my friend came to get some burritos. Darshan was our cashier, he was really rude and when my friend asked about what is the chipotle sauce, he decided to laugh in her face and with the girl that was in the condiments and answered “it is chipotle sauce”. Train your staff in customer service, it would been nice if he would answer “I am sorry, I don’t know exactly what is the chipotle sauce” not just laughing in my friend’s face.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and it was honestly really disgusting to look at. The chicken was dry, crumbling, and grey. Seriously unappetizing. Looks and tastes like week old chicken. So gross

(2020 review) Since it opened on Tannery Street, this Burrito Boyz has been amazing with their food taste and portion sizes. However, nowadays (under new ownership or something), they are very inconsistent with sizing, taste, quality, etc. I online ordered two exact same burritos for pickup a few days apart and one tasted so bad I actually regretted not cooking. They were both supposed to be large steak burritos but looked so tiny and thin I thought they had changed the tortillas or mixed up my order. The steak was not cooked well and had little to no seasoning/flavour, the toppings inside were incomplete including no sauces and extra things I did not ask for or want. I am extremely dissatisfied with the direction of this once great establishment and hopes it turns itself around quickly.

Got buy 1 get 1 free bean burrito deal through Uber Eats. Portion size for regular burrito was filling enough and stuffing was good. Was well made and tasted good. Fillings were distributed evenly which is not always the case with such meals. Had plenty of options to choose, include or exclude, through Uber Eats app which gives you flexibility based on your diet type. There were also additional side options to choose from. I will definitely be getting it again and again whenever I need. I did a take out so one of the time the app said the pickup will be ready in 35 mins but after 15 mins it said it's ready so I left from home when it suddenly got ready. I live close by so wasn't a problem but I found it weird that one time that it happened. I tried calling the store to check if it will take 35 mins but there was no response.

Amazing Mexican bowls on a budget. The spicy chicken is my favourite along with their hot sauce. Great portion sizes too.

I figured it was just a fluke the first time. But the last two times I’ve come here, the quality in meat has gone very down! The chicken and steak are always dry and lack any type of seasoning, making it really difficult to chew. I assume it’s due to it being super slow, but it’s not worth the price anymore. At least it’s still a decent portion!
