Im not sure what happened to this place since i been here a few time. This time however everything was not in order. We orded a pizza, ice coffe and icecream waffle. The icecoffee didnot taste like coffee it was not good. For the pizza we asked fo olives which was agreed to by the server but our pizza did not have olives on it. The waffle had a peice of hair on it..the service was Not good. Didnot get plates to serve food on. Bad experience, maybe new people or management just bad.

It was my birthday today, and I went to Demetres for desserts. When I went to pay my bill, an Asian guy wearing specs kindly stepped up to the counter and insisted on paying for me. I told him not to, especially since it was my birthday and I wanted to pay myself, but he smiled and said maybe God wanted him to do it. I think the staff there know him, but for me it was completely unexpected and deeply touching. When I got to my car, my eyes filled with tears….not because of the free dessert, but because of his kindness. Most people aren’t that kind to me, so this moment meant a lot. If you’re reading this, thank you….You truly made my day. I hope one day I can return the gesture on your birthday. If anyone knows him, please pass this along…and if it’s you, please reply to this message if possible.

Great experience! Our server Artemis was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His matcha latte art was exceptional! All the desserts were delicious we will definitely be back.
