Service: 4.9 stars – Friendly, professional, and somehow got us seated quickly on a Saturday night. Food: 4.8 stars – Fantastic flavor, generous portions, maybe just a touch too much butter. Drinks: 5 stars... The smoked hazelnut old fashioned deserves its own applause. Value / Overall: 4.9 stars – Pricey, yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Had the most amazing birthday for my wife. Beautiful decor and amazing food. All the staff were incredible and so kind. Their daily specials are INCREDIBLE!

This place truly deserves five stars. From the moment I arrived until the very end, the service was exceptional. Every detail was attended to with care and genuine hospitality. I never had to ask for a thing. The food was exquisite beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with such elegance. It was a wonderful dining experience that left a lasting impression.

We embraced our first experience at Cagney's Steakhouse on a Monday. The oyster at 1$ each. The filet mignon and the half rack lamb were delicious. The service was attentionate. They even offered a cheesecake since we were there to celebrate a birthday. We will definitely be back.

We came here with coworkers/colleagues for a business dinner. The service here is VERY professional and on-point, right from the very start... Everyone was helpful, attentive, and polite. The first thing I noticed when walking in was their incredible cellar, with bottles from the popular places like Caymus, but also some very special bottles that I havent seen before They have a incredible by-the-glass wine list on the menu, as well as a nice bottle list there too. The food on the menu looked great, with many appealing starters and entrées, as well as a large list of beef done many ways. We tried several things and everything was great! The rub they put on the steak was great! Very flavorful. All of the steaks were prepared perfectly too! Overall, highly recommend making a reservation to come for dinner... This was a wonderful experience

This is the second time coming here and both times was our anniversary. They are absolutely top-notch Steakhouse, I highly recommend for the beautiful 12oz cuban lobster tails!! The food is incredible in the atmosphere is fabulous.

Waiter was very helpful. Food was great. Bill was reasonable. Couldn't have expected a better experience.

While th restaurant overall was good the service was not exceptional and we were often left waiting. The food was definitely good but again not exceptional. Will try again as perhaps Monday is not the best night to go.

Great service from the waiter and manager; however, the food lacked a lot of flavour. The manager did come over and speak to our group and took a decent percent off the bill, threw in coffee, shots, desserts, and a happy birthday! I will say his customer services made up for much of the evening!

Dinner was great. The wine we picked was unavailable and the manager apologized and gave us a substitute. It was very good. He also took the time to walk us through the specials and regular menu. Appetizer ,Charred Octopus was delicious Dinner, Lamb chops were done perfectly Bonus , wine was half price on Wednesday

This restaurant was like finding a gem. Although the front of it doesn't give us a very good first impression as it is located in a plaza beside a bowling alley and a LCBO. Once you get in, you notice it has a nice quiet elegant ambiance. Great for dates. Food is delicious. Service is very good. I recommend.

First time in Cagneys! this place was recommended by a friend. I had to put this place to the test. I ordered a t bone steak, which was marvelous and perfectly cooked. The taste was rich, and it met all my expectations. The customer service was incredible. I cannot wait to go back again and try the rest of their delicious menu!

It really was that great. Went two times in a week to see how consistent they were, and they are, very consistent. Such great steak for the money. Service is professional. 10/10

Recently visited here with family. The service was top notch. The food was outstanding. The branzino with shrimp and scallops was my favorite. Definitely will be back for the delicious food. Highly recommend making a reservation.
