It was my first time here at this location but I have been to many caldense bakery's in my days but this location was good and diverse, the product that is on display/made was good and tasty like always but I will say I find the buns to be a bit to hard for my liking but then again I come at the end of the day so for fresher buns go earlier in the day. The pastries are awesome, the staff are nice and patient, I would say try it out for your self.

I get my sister’s birthday cake from here now two years in a row and they did great job in both! I would definetly recommend ordering a custom cake here

The best neighborhood bakery! Been coming here for over a decade. The coffee is top notch. All the bake goods are amazing. The prices are great.

The worst service. I won't come back and I don't recommend it to anyone. In addition to the bad service, I bought snacks that should be heated and they were all cold.

I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come and help me with what I wanted to buy. After, I shouted, hello! Hello! Two employees came out from the back. Not know if this is a one time thing or not. Many customers came and left because they were tired waiting. Everyone came and asked me if I was served, I had to say, no, I am waiting and I don't know what's going on. Not a good experience.

I live very local and really want them to do well and succeed! Their pastries and tarts are great the pasties de nata are off the chart ! But I’m no baker and don’t know what’s wrong with their bread it’s great same day but next day it’s a hockey puck ! Rock solid and it’s the only bakery I’ve ever been to that has it go that hard so fast …

Didn’t even get a chance to order was waiting for a while. Lady at the front didn’t acknowledge or say hello when I walked in or was waiting. Left without getting anything

I bought 4 slices if cake tonight. It was horrible! Dry and stale especially the Black Forest! So disappointed!

I placed an order on Saturday October 11,2025 to be picked up on Sunday October 12, 2025 worth $117.30 consisting of 26 pastels de nata, 22 shrimp rissois and 15 cod fish cakes. Upon arriving home, opened the box containing the shrimp and cod cakes, I saw all the items in had been over cooked or cooked in overly used oil. I drove back to complain and show them my disappointment, they cooked new ones, however, instead of apologizing and offering something for my inconvenience, the front cashier female staff member tries to place the blame on by saying “Next time, let us know you don’t want them so well done (burnt). With service like this, to a repeating customer in years past, I’ll be sure not to return, ever.

Bifana? More like a thick pork chop on a bun…don’t even bother…it wasn’t good or authentic..disappointing

Very bad customer service.

Others were skipping lines and making others feel awkward.

The lady taking orders was ignoring waiting customers and had to reminded to make the order.

I hope the establishment becomes more situation aware and pay attention to customers.

Al the best, but I will skip this place next time.

Very expensive, not enough people working, new people all the time, maybe be they are not paid enough or appreciated, run down not the same, it is to bad , there is Mavis bakery cheaper and better
