Haven't been to the Applewood location but we always stop by Capital B at their stall at the monthly Antique Market by Lakeshore and Dixie Rd. Their almond croissants are excellent, as are their butter tarts. We also sampled their soups during our most recent visit. Everyhting we've tried has been consistently good.... including the coffee :)

The food tasted very comforting, I felt like I was in someone’s house. The service was really great, the girl at the front was very patient with my friends and I while we were picking our selections. Overall, it was a very cute experience!I recommend their pirogies!

I came for a quick coffee but ended up staying for the smoked salmon bagel and butter tarts. Service was so fast and everything tasted amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

Great service, friendly staff and really good prices for drinks compared to most places around these days.Food was delicious, we got the Reuben sandwich, chicken sandwich and cream of mushroom soup. Everything tasted delicious and high quality.

The coffee drinks weren't great, the only redeeming factor was that they were priced modestly. The espresso in the Latte had some subtle burnt notes. Butter tart was fairly good but decadent soft super buttery pastry with very sweet filling. Plenty of seating inside. I appreciated the staff using dedicated gloves for handling food.
We love coming here for our Latte and their famous butter tarts and other pastries. The interior is well decorated. The big blue sofa is very unique. There are a couple of outdoor seats. Their employees are very friendly. Shout out to Chance for his friendly service when he is working and not at school or at hockey.

The coffee was good, however their Cortado isn't an actual true Cortado; more like a macchiato. So maybe order a flat white if you want something similar. Their pastries are good. Very friendly service. The seating area is really nice too.

I come here once a week and I always satisfied and love the experience here for food, coffee (my favourite is caramel latte) and service here :) such a beautiful art cafe and staff are all nice. Thank you for great service!
This place is very nice. Yummy food, and a great staff. The art on the wall, the lights makes it a nice place to sit and have your coffee. The coffee is very good, I will definitely come back. My wife loved the sandwich we ordered. Great job guys.. ???

Love this place so much. The vibes are amazing!! I come here to study and I always get so much done. It’s so pretty in there and I love looking at all the art work they have. The coffee is really good and the people there are always kind.

I had a wonderful experience at the Capital B Cafe. The appetizer and main course was so delicious. It was flavourful and generously portioned. The staff was friendly and the chef made the time to connect with all the patrons too. Highly recommend this establishment! Go and support your local cafe!
Cozy place but next to no eye contact made by the staff / owner. Owner was busy chatting with her regulars and one young boy was the lone one working. I noticed the young server/barista did not wear gloves while meal prepping which felt really unhygienic. Plenty of other great cafes around, Won’t go here again.
Love the vibe of this place; lots of sunshine, hanging artwork, and books/magazines readily available to read. Best part was the music. Food is ok, but the coffee selection is great. I had the vanilla hazelnut coffee and potato-leek soup.
Parking: Plaza parking; no need to walk far
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to entrance which was helpful for baby stroller
The capital B-for-Best Cafe in Mississauga! How refreshing, after the last few years of being cooped-up, to find a little neighborhood gem like this. I don't live in Mississauga, but have extended family nearby, and was pleasantly surprised when I met a friend here for lunch. I returned the next week with family and was met warmly by the owner. Very personal service - great to see a young entrepreneur making-it, rather than complaining about how "no one can make it these days." Artwork, comfort food and special evening events. Be sure to check it out!
Vegetarian options: Lots
Kid-friendliness: I saw a couple with a new baby - probably fine for older kids, too, though it's nice when they're not there making noise
Parking: Tons
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wide-open spaces
Dietary restrictions: Lots of options
What a Great Dine in experience :)Had a 4 course Valentine's Day dinner that was absolutely delicious from start to end.Food was top notch and the Chef/Owner made the experience delightful, coming to each table and conversating with all the guest.Thank you for the wonderful time and phenomenal meal. Will be 100% making regular visits to my new Favorite spot
