Service was good, thank you Catherine.However, Food was very disappointing?I guess we thought because this was a top chef’s resto, the food would be amazing… NOT! Pasta Carbonara was bland no taste, Pizza Calabrez was soggy! Why? We make better pizza in our Ooni oven and it is never sogggy! Our Lebanea appetizer was bland, watery and it came with a little bread to dip, we were offered more and then noticed an extra $1 charge, really? So tacky!Anyways, I think Chef Capra really needs to figure out why his Pizza’s are soggy, I am concerned? He needs to go back in the kitchen instead of walking around the resto to be noticed. I would be embarrassed.There are many better Italian reataurants to go to, don’t waste your money folks! or get fooled by the name like we did?

I hosted my boyfriends 30th birthday here with 22 of our closest friends and family. I dealt with Saro who helped me pick the menu, organized all the details and logistics, and made sure everything ran smoothly for my event. The team at Capra’s did an exceptional job. The service was amazing (as the host, I didn’t have to stress at all and could enjoy the evening with all the guests), the food was delicious (huge portions and generous amount of options), and they went above and beyond (created personalized menus for the event, packaged all the leftovers into individual sorted boxes without me even asking). All of the guests had the most amazing time! I have dined at this restaurant many times and with hosting my first event with them I can truly say, they prioritize their customers and put so much passion into what they do. I recommend you not only eat here, but have your next event here! You will not be disappointed!

This restaurant is a great little spot. It is always busy which tells you they are doing things right. Its a good mix between casual and classy. The staff take good care of their guests without making a big fuss. Food is fantastic - real, true, simple Italian. Fair prices for the quality. Atmosphere is cozy and vibrant. My friend and I got the tortellini and tbh it lacked flavour. But all the appetizers, desserts and other entrees were very good. It was unfortunate because the food and atmosphere were good but the service was horrible.Upon arrival we heard the table next to us complain about the service and we soon understood why. The server wasn’t overly friendly, everything seemed to take forever. We had to ask multiple times for dessert menus and our bills. We arrived at 6:30pm and didn’t leave until almost 10pm because we were constantly waiting. Also the serve dropped dirty utensils on my friend’s lap.

Wow! Service was horrendous. The bus boys were great though. If they weren't there I think i would refuse to pay the bill and they are the only reason why I tipped.As for food. Small portions. I truly felt ripped off because I went home starving. I ordered the tortilleni. Super disappointed!! And same with the others I went with.
This is definitely a gold nugget in Clarkson -we went there last night for st Patrick’s day and had the best meal -Fred was our server and he was excellent -we had the Irish special -beef brisket cabbage and mashed potatoes with Guinness gravy -amazing -what a great time and definitely on our list of places -thank you Fred for your amazing attendanceParking: Easy access and lots of parking
