I started using Simply BBQ last year for our In-Branch Customer Appreciation events after a big disappointment with another caterer. They are SIMPLY the best!- I hired their services for all of our events this year. I won't change them ever! The quality of their food is just GREAT, the assortment of options in condiments and side dishes is great and delicious. The guys running the events are always kind willing to help and go above an beyond. 100% recommended

Extremely disappointed by the day of event service. The food itself was good however I paid for extra 25 meals of the 85 total to have extra. When the team concluded the event they stated there were no extra sides leftovers. Then I see them taking the leftovers into their truck. When I asked them about it they claimed they had no extra containers. However, I had paid an extra fee for Packaging Service which included containers and leftovers to be packed. I had also asked for them to pull aside 5 extra meals for the band which they committed to and then didn’t do. They didn’t initially cook all the ribs either because “they were leftovers and didn’t have time”. It’s not necessarily about having extra leftovers or not. It’s about the dishonesty and lack of communication from the team. I felt scammed from what I paid by not getting from the start the food and service that was agreed upon and being lied to about it too. Again, very disappointing because the food was good but would not recommend

Simply BBQ is simply amazing with their veggie and regular burgers. One of the best for catering special events. They also have games for their clients along with the food. The games are usually for birthday parties. Feel free to call and book your next event.

I'm a wedding planner and I had the pleasure of working with Simply BBQ back in September for a couples wedding. If you are looking for an amazing team of individuals and great feels like home cooked BBQ then you need to hire Simply BBQ. I cant rave enough about the guys who worked the event that night they were, Marwan, Malcom, John, Bryan. They were so down to earth, accommodating and overall fun and professional to work with. Our Family Appreciation Day on September 29, 2024, was expertly catered by Simply BBQ, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Booking Process: The initial booking was seamless. Once we provided the details of our event, Ashley and the administrative team were incredibly accommodating. Their policies were clear and reasonable, mirroring the standards of other top catering companies. We appreciated the courtesy reminders they sent, which included helpful information about the BBQ team’s arrival and setup.

Day of the Event: On the day of the event, our event manager, John, called to confirm our setup and finalize details, ensuring everything was in place for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Service Excellence: The highlight of the day was the efficient service. With 300 guests in attendance, Simply BBQ was able to serve everyone within an hour, and everything was set up well before the event began. The games and entertainment were also arranged an hour in advance, contributing to a seamless experience.

Food Quality: The food was phenomenal—juicy, delicious, and served hot right off the grill. The buffet-style salads and condiments were a hit, and they thoughtfully accommodated our guests' dietary restrictions and preferences.

In summary, Simply BBQ Catering is undoubtedly the best BBQ catering option in the Greater Toronto Area. Kudos to their dedicated team for a job exceptionally well done! Everyone at our event thoroughly enjoyed the food, games, and overall service. We will certainly book them again in the future.
