I've been going here just under a month , everyone here is amazing and accommodating. Snacks and drinks are a bit expensive but they allow you to bring your own snacks . The staff is solid and bill the manager is a gem. I would very much recommend
Great customer service but the other customers playing the gaming pcs are constantly vaping and smoking a lot of weed. They are also way too loud so there's no peace while playing games.
The worst ever
You prepay and the pc takes 5 minutes to start then in the middle of the game it says connection lost , I didn’t even care to complain since it’s my first and last never coming back again
Only cafe I go to, people are respectful, keyboards could use a good deep clean though, great specs on the pc’s. The rates are pretty cheap too. 9/10 would recommend

Fun place to hang out with friends.The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun.They have gaming pc's as well as PS5 which is nice as well.

Nasty keyboard. Odd how this place costs .50 extra when it’s not that nice compared to other internet cafes (playerbase in markham). No receipt for cash payments is also odd. Upon initial log-in, the pc took awhile to load. The headphones are the worst I’ve ever seen because they’re huge for one- they’re not normal headphones that can shrink & expand. In addition, the actual over-ear cushion is busted.Since you’re technically more expensive than other places, your place should look better no? Light in private room is super obnoxious to the point where you have no choice but to play with the lights off. Other than that the pc did work.
