Was a very disappointing first and last time trying this place. Was looking to try something different at the food court today (Wednesday Jan. 28 roughly around 2/3pm) the place had no one ordering when I got there and honestly with the customer service that was on display I would not be surprised this is the primary reason for lack of traffic.

The tall Asian guy was completely rude while trying to order from seeming like he was trying to hurry me through my order as if there was some sort of line. I don't understand the guys issue and from reading other reviews I'm not the only one. Definitely staying far away from this place with my money, food wasn't anything wow for a cheesesteak being a take it or leave it and with service definitely leave it.

That Filipino young server with long curly hair is a disgrace....he has cost you your best customer and your stall has no customer's..

Staff is friendly and service is prompt. Food is always fresh!

the food is good it’s just like, what is the young guy’s problem? Every single time i’ve gone there he’s been in a bad mood and makes it the customer’s problem. I thought maybe it was just me but looking at the reviews. if he’s gonna be grumpy and huffing and puffy, please please PLEASE do not have him taking orders and interacting w people

Had the most horrible customer experience EVER. I simply do not understand, how can you even hire such “ANTI-SOCIAL” people ??

It was around/before 6pm today (October 29th 2025 Wednesday), so you can check in work schedule who had the shift. And not the guy in glasses, making the sandwiches. The one standing right behind him (marked on the picture).

To LOOK DOWN on a customer ?? Just because he asked a few questions about the sandwich ?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 🙃 That person shouldn’t be working with people… with animals maybe… but definitely NOT HUMANS

PS.. UPDATE from Friday October 31st… I’ve been at SQUARE ONE at this FOOD COURT today again… and I see this DISGUSTING PERSON is still working here… it only shows you that THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE DOES NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED HERE 🤢

Only positive is that the food was hot. Steak sandwich was bland and not much meat. The young man at the counter was multi tasking as he served us and it seemed like we were interrupting him by ordering. No smile, no thank you, answered questions begrudgingly. First time ordering and will not go back.

Sq1. Hubby orders a cheesesteak. Lets me try it. It’s AMAZING. I ask for another bite, and he tells me to get my own. He usually shares but it’s that good. A piping hot sandwich that is crazy flavourful with fresh hot fries right out of the fryer. Delicious. Amazing staff. GET SOME.
