I remember having this a few years back and the quality was much better. Since then the quality has gone downhill, especially for the price. The person on the grill was very rude, and using inappropriate language. All in all an unfortunate experience.

Places has gone down hill since it opened used to be good bite for your buck now it's over priced used to get a sandwich special under $10 now its like $15 with half the portions it used to be so sad stop selling businesses to cheap brown people who just rip everything

Staff was exceptionally rude, beckoning at us to hurry up while we were placing our, talking inappropriately in front of people waiting for their food and could care less about people ordering. It was very apparent they did not want to be there.

The worst meat used for philly cheese steak. It has an odour and it wasn't cooked well.
So food was amazing. Staff not so much. Not all, but a few were irritated to be in the service industry. I get it,. part-time kids. Guess I should be happy they're working!!

It was my first time trying here and they gave us a small sandewich instead of large and we told them and they just said sorry and they didnt even change it or refund the rest of the money!!!!

I came on saturday aug 19th around 12:25pm. Staff was rushed to take order and cook. He was literally speeding thru his questions as he asked me what I wanted on my sandwich, and if I wanted to add fries or a drink. I have never had anyone ask me questions so fast when ordering food, if i was older or did not speak the English well... i would have had so much difficulty understanding the young man. So that was already a bad impression. service wasnt the best.I felt i could have got a better sandwich from A and W. Food was overpriced, steak sandwich wasn't the juiciest and delicious.I will not be visiting again.

I've been at this location 10+ times within the month and everytime I add something new and it always exceeds the expectation. I've tried all their cheesesteaks and fries options and it's been very consistent. The team here is also very focused, quick and friendly with their service.
