I had a disappointing experience at Chatime Square One. The asian guy who’s wearing eyeglasses who assisted me was not very welcoming. There was no greeting, and communication throughout my order was very poor.👎🏻
I mentioned that I have the Chatime app for points, but since I wasn’t asked about it beforehand, the interaction felt awkward and unprofessional. The staff member barely spoke and showed visible attitude through facial expressions, which made me uncomfortable as a customer.
Due to the lack of communication, my order ended up being incorrect, something that could have easily been avoided with clearer interaction.
I hope management can remind staff about the importance of clear communication, courtesy, and basic customer service, as it greatly affects the overall customer experience.
very disappointed in the level of customer service. the barista took her friends order before ours when we were already in line waiting 7-10 mins already for her to complete another customers drink. she then avoided us and the other barista didn’t have an ounce of customer service when taking our order. this is the worst chatime by far.
Decided to try Chatime Bubble Tea after a long time and was happy to see Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea on the menu. Ordered it and it was excellent — rich, well-balanced, and very satisfying. The store is conveniently located inside Square One, and the staff were friendly during my visit. Will definitely be back.
I went to this location today’s afternoon, the service was soo bad, the asian guy with glasses was giving mad rude attitude eventho i ask him politely and nicely. If you gonna act like that then dont even work in customer service bro.

Chatime has friendly service & a great variety of bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothie and slush here at Square One Mall, 100 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
i’ve never had a problem with chatime but this location takes poor customer service to another level. i would rather go out of my way to another location than come here and experience rude service once again.
Had a terrible experience in this location. Order mess up, over charged for the order and spent half an hour trying to clear the messup
Great bubble tea place to go to if you’re really thirsty for a drink. Mainly focussing on a lot of brown sugar drinks and a lot of smoothies. Can’t forget about The tea options
In the picture attached to this review, I have selected a very mango smoothie drink I believe that the drink needed more mangoes, especially blended in the drink to feel more mango
My complaint in not about the drink we purchased my issue was with the service. Me and another customer ordered on the self serve kios and for both of us we got charged but for some reason the order didn't go through. The manager did not believe us when we told him what happened and when we showed him that we got charged on our phones he was unbelievably rude and messed up my order when I told him what I ordered. The drink was still good and I enjoyed it however he was very rude.

This message is for the owner, there is a guy working on Sunday 19th evening shift maybe Chinese is so rude and don't know how to talk to customers, I got a drink and asked for cup of water he gave in the smallest of cups and when I requested him to give some more as was not feeling well he said in the rudest way possible that there is a water fountain down the corner, I work in a restaurant and have never said no for a water to any customer..he needs training on how to talk to people
terrible service, waiting so long for a drink that tasted like a melted iced coffee. asked the worker to make it again and was horrible again. we asked for a manager and someone came up and said they can’t do refunds when asked, they called someone and said we can make the drink and asked for a $1.50 to make it again. why am i paying extra for a drink that was horrible and to be made right.
Extremely lazy and rude staff.
I made an error on the order from the kiosk and asked the lady to help to make the changed.
She shrugged and said she doesn’t know how to cancel a kiosk order….. and then just walked off
