I went to this chatime place and waited 45 minutes for 5 drinks. When i finally got the drinks they got 2 of the orders wrong and the worker did not care. He was daydreaming the whole time not caring about the customers waiting. VERY disappointed and will NOT be returning. TERRIBLE.

I waited a while before one of the workers took my order. But they were very fast and efficient when it comes to making my drink. They filled my cup a little bit too full that when I carried it, some of it spilled on my shirt. Overall I recommend getting their 1L drink special because it is an amazing deal.

I came here to receive my free birthday drink and was met with an incredibly rude staff member.
I asked for an item and he said they didn't have it so i asked for something similar and he rolled his eyes and stayed silent.
Near the end while i was paying I was taking my cash out and he gave me the dirtiest look as if I was wasting his time. Keep in mind, there were not customers before or after me so there was clearly NO RUSH.
On top of this, I asked him to repeat what he said twice as he spoke too low and I could not hear. He rolled his eyes at me again and once again I did not hear him.
Not sure what his problem is but I was completely respectful and did not deserve the dirty looks and disrespect I had gotten.
Start training your employees on basic customer service and manners! I work in customer service as well and would never treat a customer in such a way.
Definitely ruined a birthday experience.

Would give less than one star if I could this chat times staff is extremely lazy I went to other chat times before and never had such an experience I ordered milk tea with brown sugar pearls first of all I got 50% sugar barely any brown sugar in there I had to go home and put my own sugar in there two the tea tasted like watered down tea no wonder why it’s always dead if your in square one and want boba go somewhere else not here or if you want chat time other locations are better to avoid wasting your money and time

Chatime at square one is clearly understaffed. My drink was prepared almost immediately after I ordered online which is amazing, but the workers kept it far away and didn’t make eye contact with me for 10-15 minutes while I waited at the pick up side (paid for already). So I just stood there waiting and trying to be patient since it was busy. I tried saying “excuse me!” a few times but no one would look up at me. I gave up after waiting for ten minutes and lined up in the queue where ppl order their drinks just so she could finally look at me and have me my drink. If she would have just looked up at me in the beginning rather than ignoring my existence, I wouldn’t have had to wait for so long. I stared at my drink sitting on their counter for almost 15 minutes. All they had to do was look at me so I could tell them that my drink was right there!

Iced mango smoothie with pearls $8.50. Flavoured ice and watery at the bottom. No real fruit. Long lines and grumpy service. Many other better options elsewhere. Won’t buy here again.

I always order from the milk tea series and QQ series, however today I wanted to try something different. I ordered the very mango slush in large, because it was advertised very greatly and it was also one of the most expensive items on your menu (for a large).
When I received my order, my drink was 95% ice and 5% food flavoring. I am allergic to artificial flavoring, it causes me stomach ache and nausea.
It was also advertised that the drink comes with mango chunks at the bottom, I even confirmed with the cashier if they will come with the mango chunks and he didn’t respond to me.
My drink didn’t come with mango chunks. It was all ice with a hint of artificial flavoring and did not taste like mango at all.
All the other places i’ve tried a mango slush, they put REAL and FRESH mango in it to make a slush.
I was extremely disappointed in this because I thought it would be a great drink seeing how highly it was advertised.
At least let your customers know that the drink ‘very mango’ does not come with real mango and it’s an artificial flavor so that they’d avoid buying it and wasting their money.
