Placed an online order here on a Sunday afternoon. When I showed up, it was closed. I've requested help on their website. It says they'll respond in 5-10 business days. It's now been over 10 business days, no response and no refund from ChaTime.How does an app allow you to place an order and take your money for a store that isn't even open?HORRIBLE online customer service and the app doesn't bring up the closest store as many other apps do.Default shows a BC store even though I'm on Ontario, and you have to go to a different menu to find a location based on GPS and then manually enter it into your order. What year is this? 2004?

CORPORATE POLICY DRINKS @CHAT TIME located at 217 Hays Blvd Unit K3C, Oakville, ON L6H 6M4.***NEVER AGAIN*** I went in today to buy a drink. I precisely always order very little ice almost none. I placed my order and requested the usual very little ice. The young man said nothing and took my order. I waited 10 min even though there was no one there because they were training a new employee. I was watching them preparing the drink and before he placed it to seal the drink I asked him Is this my drink? He said yes. I said please remove the ice you filled the cup with ice and I asked for little ice. He ignored me and went ahead and sealed the cup. I asked him to remove the seal and remove the ice. He refused and said we are following CORPORATE POLICY!! I told him I am the customer and I want my drink the way I want it with less ice he refused again. I left the shop and left the drink that I paid almost $9.00 and went away. I have been a customer of Chat Time in this location and others for many many years and they always do it as I ask with the least amount of ice. I am very disappointed and will never go back again to this location or any other. I paid for the drink and I should receive it the way I want it not how their corporate office decides for me. There are many Bubble Tea chains out there and they treat you with respect and make the drink to your liking.

Nice staff, not much variety in terms of drinks and sometimes drinks can be inconsistent.

Well, for a holiday it definitely got busy at chatime after we arrived. There was only 1 person working, which I mean if it's not busy, I guess it is ok, but a rush came. I was surprised the young lady was able to serve everyone and was able to get orders out fairly quickly. She was respectful and courtesy to everyone coming in. Keep up the good work.

Great service each time! The staff are very nice and the drinks are made super well! I’m sad they don’t always have the seasonal drinks but I understand since it’s a smaller location ? Thankful for the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, it’s insanely good ?

I normally really enjoy chattime . It was the first time I ordered from this location. But was disappointed in the order that I got. I ordered normal ice and there was no ice left in my drink plus i also ordered pearls and didn’t get any pearls from the 2 drinks I ordered. I will still come back because i like bubble tea. Hopefully my experience next time will be better

I never like to leave bad reviews but this one location inspired me to write. First time there. Could not communicate well with staff taking order even though I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Once called the drinks were all incorrect except for one (of three). Politely explained that the drinks do not match what we ordered. After being told "that's what you ordered" I showed him the bill, he hesitantly backed down. The girl he was on shift with was even more rude and so full of herself. Never again Chatime Burnhamthorpe. By the way, tapioca was badly frostbitten and barely edible.

Fast service, social distancing, and organized staff

So yummy, love the peach bubble tea and was really surprised how much I like the brown sugar with oat milk tea. I don't like oat milk but it was so yummy. I recommend getting less sugar on most teas though, I find them overly sweet with the normal sugar levels.

I am so disappointed with this location. I’ve been a weekly customer at the Burnamthorpe Chatime and needless to say I will be going somewhere else, maybe a different chain altogether. After my friends and I ordered over 8 drinks, and drank it outside, after 10 minutes, my pregnant wife was feeling dehydrated. When I went in to ask for cup of water, one of the employees said that I have to order something. I assumed he didn’t see me or didn’t remember me, I told him in a friendly manner that we were just in here and bought drinks. He looked annoyed and told me he will have to charge me for a large cup. I said I just want a cup of tap water, and I have the cup that I drank from. He again was rude and told me “ok”. I got it, it still had mango slush on the inside of it. Without even rinsing it once with all the mango slush pieces on the inside of it, while the water is literally yellow, he puts the water on the counter. I stare at the cup and in disbelief of the blatant disrespect and he just looks at me. Worried about my wife, I take the water and walk away. She couldn’t drink it and we ended up throwing it out. My visit was on Sunday, June 20th between 1 PM to 3 PM. If there is video footage you will see this. Hope you will take appropriate actions and give this employee and his colleagues appropriate customer service training.
