Worst and cheap customer service. I have been a continuous customer for the past year and never once did I find anything wrong with the drinks. Today and yesterday, however, there was only one guy working and he was being so cheap with my drink. I asked for less ice and without me knowing, he put it down as 80% ice. So I got barely any drink. I came here again today, and the same exact thing happened. I ordered the Brown sugar with cream oat and I asked for no ice and he said that it is not possible with the drink. Then I asked for less ice and he again put like 80% ice. I feel like I got scammed and me, my friends and family are thinking of never coming again.
10/10 bubble tea tased great!! Service was excellent, super fast!!

The drinks and dining set up are great. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. The guy working tonight lacked any customer service etiquette and needs to find another job that doesn’t involve human interactions.
It is best to serve one customer at time, rather than taking orders from the all walk ins at the same time - two bubble teas should not take more than 20 minutes to get started.
