Chatime

I went out of my way to go to this location because it was a bit more convenient for me to get to on my travels today.

Chatime has 2 promotions running right now so I wanted to check it out. The aesthetic of this location is nice and spacious but when I went to order I was told they did not have the promotional OREO drinks as they ran out of stock. I was disappointed but it was fine. I decided to order my regular go-to drink instead and was told that it was also out of stock & discontinued. Frustrated by their lack of inventory management, I decided against spending any money here.

My friend still ordered his drink however and after leaving we drove all the way to my regular Chatime location.

They had both drinks available albeit they did confirm that my usual drink is indeed being discontinued.

The second Chatime promotion running right now is the Chinese New Year prizes with drink purchases. My usual location had one code stuck to each of the two drinks I bought from them. They explained that they were not giving out red packets like they had in previous years and that codes were stuck to the cups. We immediately checked my friends cup and surprise surprise... this location did not give him a code.

Let me guess... also sold out? 🙄

I personally won't be back at this location again.

please hire more staff .. service is great, shoutout conde, but why is management letting only one person work especially on the busiest time and days .. 😬

SERVICE WAS GREATT I was in with my brothers and I kept asking the man at the cashier (Nathan) to repeat what he said and he was SO patient the entire time. When we got the drinks we accidentally spilled them and we were going to ask for tissues to clean it up and he said he would handle it. SHOUT OUT TO NATHAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE OR SOMETHING HE WAS AWESOME!! And drinks were really good, specifically the lychee green tea slush!!

Very bad customer service . They don’t take accountability for their mistakes in making wrong orders. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Do not value their customers.

Ordered from here twice, first time they ran out of what we wanted (annoying but not a huge deal). The second time one of our pieces of cake was rock hard! Broke the fork while I was taking photos of it bending for the refund. It's like this cake was left out since yesterday then served, disgusting 🤢

The drinks are good and I keep coming back many times. But today I realized this business doesn’t treat their staff very well. You guys really let the poor girl work alone on a holiday? When I walked in, there were more than 9/10 customers. She still try to smile and do her best to get every drinks asap. But she looked like about to cry. This is not a smart way to save money. If you had one more staff member, things would run smoother and even more orders.

Edit: It’s surprising that my friend mentioned the same issue in a review 3 years ago, it seems like not much has changed since then.

The male staff here are very nice! He remembers my ice and sugar levels sometimes haha. Lots of tables to sit here and hang out. I love the atmosphere here very nice and relaxing!

Usually haven't had bad experiences at this location and Chatime as a whole, but this time was somewhat disappointing.

When I had picked up my drink and taken it back home I had noticed there was this piece of aluminum foil floating in my drink. This was while the drink was still sealed. In addition the only reason this was noticeable was that the drink despite being a 'slush' was purely liquid as if it were just the normal fruit tea.

As well on several times the customer service has been not the best, with on one occasion one member of the staff was in the back for around 15 minutes before they noticed me waiting to order a drink.

Love chatime! Delicious as always!! Great customer service, staff were very helpful with the new menu items for the season.

We were there at the end of the evening and the service was rude and rushed. We love Chatime and have been all over the GTA locations. Will never go back to this one. The employee kicked us out with 10 mins left before closing and closed 5 mins before the closing time. Not impressed with this location. The cheese tart was cold too when we asked to have it heated up. Do better.

I've always had great experience with the Chatime Mississauga (Battleford Location)

Never once I've had a bad encounter with them. The staff are always enthusiastic and fantastic!

Usually my go to bbt spot before I head to work.

I tried n loved their drinks , this was our first time and iam never going back to Coco bubble tea. As my kids loved all their drinks.

The signature bubble tea here is good
