Love chatime! Delicious as always!! Great customer service, staff were very helpful with the new menu items for the season.

We were there at the end of the evening and the service was rude and rushed. We love Chatime and have been all over the GTA locations. Will never go back to this one. The employee kicked us out with 10 mins left before closing and closed 5 mins before the closing time. Not impressed with this location. The cheese tart was cold too when we asked to have it heated up. Do better.

I've always had great experience with the Chatime Mississauga (Battleford Location)

Never once I've had a bad encounter with them. The staff are always enthusiastic and fantastic!

Usually my go to bbt spot before I head to work.

Chill spot for Chatime!!

I tried n loved their drinks , this was our first time and iam never going back to Coco bubble tea. As my kids loved all their drinks.

The signature bubble tea here is good

I’ve been to many Chatime locations across the GTA, but this by far has the worst service and dullest server. I wanted to treat my kids to some cold drinks on Mother’s Day, but we left empty handed because of the way we were treated.

We walked into the store to find it deserted. We waited for over 5 minutes in hopes that she would acknowledge our presence. She was too busy pouring things to and from big pots. Then when she finished, instead of taking our order, she starts fidgeting with the orders that were coming in from the machine. Ok fine, she finally comes to the cash register, but does not apologize for making us wait. I wanted 3 slushes, and said I want less ice because the last few times, after a few sips, the drinks were left with ice and no flavour. She’s like, we can’t do that. I said, what do you mean? You’re literally making the drinks right in front of us, just put in less ice (I didn’t say No ice), she says, oh, we can’t do that. Then I said fine, I want the same drink, but not as a slush, just the tea, no ice. We had the same argument about the ice. Just don’t put ice in the drinks, how hard is that???! I swear to God, some people are so dense. It’s not a robot making a drink with preset instructions, she’s an actual person that can think in real time, am I right?? Needless to say, I will Not be going back to this location and will tell everyone else to STAY AWAY!

I got a oat milk tea with pearl and I really didn't like it because the oatmilk separated and it was bitter... BUT they sp kinly made me a fresh regular milk tea without question when I came back! 🤍 Thank you!

This place never has boba / pearls either the workers are lazy to make it because its always sold out. Its my second time here and they had no pearls/boba. Imagine coming to bubble tea place that never has boba

When I’m in Mississauga, I always get bubble tea from this Chatime. Haven’t had any issues with my orders. Very friendly service.
