Today I ordered 4 large drinks from this location, and the Signature Milk Tea was completely tasteless — honestly, it had almost no flavor at all. I’m a regular customer and I always buy from this location, usually 4 drinks at a time, and I spend around $33, which is quite expensive. I really used to love the Signature Milk Tea, but unfortunately today it was very disappointing. This has happened a few times before, but I didn’t leave a review and didn’t complain. However, this time I feel I should speak up because paying this much and receiving drinks with no taste is not acceptable. I want to mention that the staff were very nice and kind, nothing wrong with their service at all — the issue was only with the product quality. I hope the management can look into this and improve consistency, because I truly want to continue supporting this location.

Honestly I always love drinks here but this location tonight was a little disappointing. Of course it would be busy on a Saturday evening and they only had one employee there to take orders and make drinks. Totally not her fault at all but this is too much for one person. It took around 15 minutes to get my one milk tea drink after ordering. Even after finally getting my drink it was made wrong will full sugar when I asked for 30% . Again I just assume the girl was overwhelmed but management needs to schedule more people in on a weekend night.
