My recent visits to CheeZaatar were utterly frustrating. They consistently botched my orders, forcing me to waste valuable break time sorting out their mistakes. The lack of competent management is glaring, and it's clear they have no interest in improving their dismal customer service.

This food is so fresh and well prepared. The flavours are amazing. We loved the foul, fattoush salad and amazing chicken. The falafel was okay but not spectacular I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.Vegetarian options: Lots of yummy veggie options.
I ordered 2 Cheese manakeesh, but there seemed to be misunderstanding with the cashier. When my food arrived I told Husain the situation and he provided excellent service and corrected my oder. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. I will be coming back again.

This is the second location of CheeZaatar we have been to and delicious as from the other location in Hamilton, no disappointment there?The person who took our order though, he wasn’t very friendly and his customer service was not that very good.Not sure if he was in a bad mood or something else but his service wasn’t very welcoming or polite.I had to remind him of our coffees that we ordered that he forgot.Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed their food very much ?I wanted to try their second location here in Mississauga and it did not disappoint when it came to their freshness of their food and quality.They need to work on their customer service on how they greet and treat their customers.I would have given this location a 5 star if wasn’t for their costumer service and on how they make you feel as a customer.Inshallah next time we will have a better experience as everyone deserves a second chance as we are humans ?
