Have first time ordered food from this restaurant. Although food taste wasn’t bad but I specifically written instructions not to add extra oil and make it less spicy. So disappointed that first the order took about an hour and half to deliver and secondly it was full of oil and green chillies . Looks like my instructions landed on deaf ears as no one seems to bother to read them. Very disappointing.

I Had a tried Chef G first time I ordered three Items as below is my reviews.Biryani : 9 out of 10.Nihari : 3 out of 10 ( Reason too much oil filled in the take away bowl and taste like more Salan then Nihari).Naan : 9 out of 10.Kheer : 5 out of 10 (too pricy and doesn’t feel like Kheer probably old )

Best tasting Karachi Nihari, good portion size & we loved every bite of our food, plain naans were good & chicken biryani was very tasty.Unfortunately i paid for take out consistently of 2 naans 1 malali boti roll & 1 nihari but person on counter charged me for all this but only gave stapled bag & I thought my oder was in the bag, i had ordered it for my brotherwhom we droppedfood, later at night called& said there was only nihari in bag & no naans nor malali botu roll, i called Chef g & spoke with person on counter, he first denied on which i told him details as in his restuarant only me & my kids were there,he said he can see the bill & tried to say i didnt buy that food, i told him i can show him my 2 bills for chef g for the day, on which he said yes but you never odered malali boti roll, i said i did, he said its only malali boti pieces in white box,i called my brother who said in bag it was only nahiri box, I called him again told him that he said ok I will pay u back or you come whenever and i eill give u naan & malali boti... all this made me very upset, i mean he took away my trust ..never in Canada i had ever faced such cheating ever, and damn it was not even busy, we were only customers sittingThe restaurant owners need to hire efficient staff & need to check orders items before handling them over secondly they opened at 12, we were there by 12 40 pm the restaurant was filthy & garbage was visible on floor & side of table were we sat, cleaning the restaurant before opening is the basic hygiene.
