Highly disappointed after watching all those videos

I've been going to this franchise for almost 10 years. When it first opened everything was great and amazing unfortunately the last couple of meals I had it was very dry very old food terrible chicken quality

Great service but unfortunately the food was below mediocre in terms of taste. The wrap lack any flavour which makes it really tough to come here over all the other shawarma places in the city.

Absolutleyyy loved my experience here. Was having a pretty bad day but this place turned that all around it was nothing short of amazing. I follow Chef Abdel and love his cuisine and was really hoping for him to be there to make my food but the worker there made sure everything exceeded my expectation which were already high. Drove almost 2hrs from the states to experience the cuisine here and so happy I did !

P.S. thank you Chef Abdel for your amazing recipes married a Muslim man and your recipes helped me learn some amazing meals and showed me how wonderful halal cuisine can be!

Most tasty shawarma ever!!!

Was there just after 8pm last night for a family sized mixed sag platter. The guy didn't offer a cash discount on my pick up order, which was the whole reason I decided to try the place out. Well no wonder the place is empty. For what I ended up paying I will definitely go somewhere else next time. Too bad, we live right down the street and like trying to support smaller chains in Lakeview. I will never go back and do not recommend this place at all. Hope it was worth saving your 10% discount

It was my first time here. The food was amazing. Sandeep and Gurvinder took care of me and the food was amazing.

The ingredients are fresh. They give good servings. And were very respectful of me while I was there.

Atmosphere is also 10/10

I cannot believe I had the misfortune of ordering the chicken saj sandwich! It was nothing short of a greasy disaster! I barely managed to choke down three bites before I had to toss the entire thing in the trash. It's absolutely appalling to think that anyone could serve such an unappetizing mess to another human being. Honestly, I wouldn’t even have deemed that fit for a stray animal! What a complete letdown!
