Bought a @Chennai.Caters Dosa Batter small tin from AFC, Ceremonial Dr on Friday. The package had an expiry printed 19 Oct 2017 with a recommendation to try their high protein _Adai Dosa Batter_. The batter looked normal but had excess salt (way way over than usual). Looks like a batch manufacturing issue or slip from Quality Control! Snap! �
UPDATE: @Chennai.Caters offered me a replacement for the defective batch. It was nice of them to follow-up and ensure that the _Customer is always king_ The product was satisfactory as always.

Batter spoilt and expiry date shows 01 july 18..care to explain how idli batter can be best for a year.. highly frustrated to see money going down the drain..

My first experience of Chennai Caterers was heart warming and made me a fan for a long time to come. Hari proves to be a man of integrity and great commitment. The batter is fresh and wholesome. And if you chance by their outlet do stop for a crispy hot dosa - well worth it! Yesterday, they catered very well at an event we attended. Hats off, Chennai Caterers!
