I love, love, love Chik-fil-A. The sandwich is consistently great (the cutlet is massive, the bread is awesome and the Chik-fil-A sauce is a collectable). The cookies are the best you could buy. I tried the frosted coffee - it's okay.

But the service. Chik-fil-A. You're amazing. Normally, you call people by name and they come up to collect your order. Except, this time, you saw that I was managing two kids and a stroller and brought the order to me. Experiences like this, you can't forget. I love this chain. I wish I could buy shares in it. You deserve all the success in the world.

Loved the food, the staff was friendly and was very professional even during rush hours. Atmosphere not so good but can't blame them as its in a mall

Was great until they started hiring Indians, mostly international students, who can barely speak English, have zero customer service skills and look dirty. Sorry, but that's the truth. This is a high end location and you should hire staff as such.

The hype is true.
Best chicken sandwiches, best chicken nuggets; grilled no less!
Hells yah, give me more!

Had a great visit to the Chic-fil-A at Square One recently. The grilled chicken nuggets were perfectly seasoned and had that ideal tender texture - you can really taste the quality of the chicken. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and those little pockets are perfect for holding sauce.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Food came out hot and fresh. This location definitely lives up to Chic-fil-A's reputation for quality fast food. Will definitely be back when I'm shopping at Square One.

Highly recommend the grilled chicken nuggets if you want a healthier option that doesn't sacrifice flavor, and of course you can't go wrong with their signature waffle fries.

Great service for a fast food placf. I will say that wa quite nice and will give them great marks for their. Place was clean. The food is just bland. I had the original sandwich and it was hands down the most flavourless thing I’ve ever had in my life.

Really don’t get the hype as the food is super bland

Most of the time I grab some Chick Fil A whenever I’m in SQ1 shopping or just chilling, as of right now I’m doing allergy shots at my doctors which is close to the mall so I’m here at SQ1 like once or twice a month right after I do my shot, usually I get number 2 which I believe is the most popular item there, food is always fresh and tasty, Tushar is a super friendly cashier.

Chick-fil-A burgers are definitely a step above regular fast food such as McDonalds and Burger King.

The chicken is great and crispy but I don't think cheese should go on chicken sandwiches. I think they are trying to innovate

I got the Spicy Deluxe meal. The Chick-fil-A sauce is the star of the show. Very tangy and an excellent dip for the waffle fries.

The problem is that these meals are too expensive so the value is not there. Therefore, it stopped me from ordering more from Chick-fil-A in the future.

The line is long but the service is fast

S. Truett Cathy founded Chick-fil-A in Atlanta in 1967, and approximately 14 months ago, another new location (believed that these were a total of 9 locations were opened in Ontario) opened in my neighborhood's shopping mall. On opening day, I tried the spicy chicken strips combo, which was notable for its freshness, crispiness, and optimal temperature. Although the combo was a bit on the pricey side, the menu featured numerous appealing items, including the iconic Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, Mikeshake, salads, waffle potato fries, soft-serve ice cream, and gluten-free choices. Upon trying the signature sandwich, I found that slightly warming the buns would elevate it to perfection. The chicken strips and waffle fries were outstanding. Free refills and dipping sauces are available to patrons. Notably, Chick-fil-A uses 100% peanut oil for pressure-cooking its chicken. Upon entering, patrons are warmly welcomed by staff's friendly faces at the counter, while the immaculate condition of the tables and floor creates a comfortable atmosphere for enjoying meals. Also, the efficient service, friendly staff, and owner Ms. Sanusi's active involvement ensured a smooth experience. Notably, one observation concerned the take-out counter's proximity to the exit, resulting in persistent congestion in that area due to patrons awaiting take-out orders and departing diners.

Key details to keep in mind include the restaurant's Sunday closure and potential peak hour or Saturday lineups.

The food was pretty good, I got the spicy fried sandwich. They have way more sauce options than the last time I went. It is pretty pricey, and a bit chaotic because it's in square one.
