I have been a loyal ChickenLand customer for years. I order at home (with my family) and at work (large group orders). I have always received top-notch service and delicious food!. Tonight they managed to impress me even more. On a small order for my family, the extra blue cheese dressing was missed. I did not call them. I did not complain. THEY CALLED ME and insisted they wanted to fix the problem! One of the family members actually WALKED to my home and brought me the missing item as well as a round of free drinks. INCREDIBLE customer service, which is just another reason why I will always support/endorse this business and this family ?
