Do not recommend. I was looking forward to trying their soup as I love spicy hotpot and have tried other spicy dishes here before but was very disappointed.

We ordered four soups through uber eats as we saw they had a buy one get one free promotion. The portions were so tiny it seems like they split one soup into 4 containers, one is not at all enough for an adult or even a child. We ordered the mala soups and the tomato soups and did not like the tastes of either. The Mala was slightly more tolerable than the tomato but I would not recommend as there are many much better hot pot places in the area and we even prefer store bought packaged hotpot over the flavour to these soups. The sliced meat was the only good part of the meal but the beef was not.

I've had other dishes from this restaurant which were good but was very disappointed with the quality and quantity of food with the small portions. I regret wasting money on this order since I could have made better hotpot soup using packages I have at home.

We did not even try any of their dishes because while we went to the restaurant and attempted to be paying customers, the 1 employee who my party spoke to was dishonest because after we had read the paper menu that listed a dish for $13.99 we said we wanted to buy that one and then he said that $13.99 was the discount price and the full price was $18.99 and while that was possibly irrelevant to our specific situation we still said alright we still want to buy that dish we wanted to try.

Then we offered to pay by debit and he said that they take cash only, which while may be true I still find that hard to believe and when I asked him why the full price was also not listed on the menu along with the discount price,
"why were the 2 prices not listed on the menu and the $13.99 price was not listed as the discount price and why the full price was not also listed?"
he just said
"ya that's the discount price"
and he would not elaborate, answer the question I actually asked or give us a real honest answer.

Over all it appeared that he was trying to avoid our patronage and passive aggressively shew us out of the restaurant even though we would have ordered take out and not stayed long anyway
Although it is our right to have sat there and ate what we would have paid for if we did.

There was another dish we tried to order and then he said
"oh we are all out of that one "
as if the dished were pre made and that the restaurant did not just have the raw ingredients to make what people would order.

It felt off and I really wanted to like this place because the food does look really good, when my party attempted to be paying customers we were not served unfortunately.

The restaurant offers extreme poor quality of tableware for takeout, the lid cannot covers the bowl firmly which cause foods are very easy to overflow. But the waiter behaviour is very rude when I raised this problem and refused to replace the lid for me to cover foods firmly. That waiter’s speech is arrogant, insulting and hostile, I won’t want to visit there again!

My first ever experience of getting Chinese stir fry dishes served partially cold. The waitress just simply took away the dishes we complained about without saying a word. The dishes were clearly heated by microwave or some other means. I doubt if they would need woks in their kitchen.

Regardless the tasting from the food they offer. I’m pretty sure their meat quality is really bad because you’d feel disgusting and stomach burning after you dinning there.

I would not recommend.. the amount of food for the price:( and taste just ok.. and the amount of food was less then for 1 person:( disappointed.. service was extremely fast but is that good?

It was so sad that I had an upset stomach after few hours I ate here. I ordered a DIY Mala Hotpot that I can choose the meat and veges in my pot. The bamboo shoots in it was unusually sour, I tried 2-3 pieces to make sure that it was not my misjudgment because the food is spicy?️ and I love spicy foods. But the spicy can’t even hiding the taste of sour bamboo. So I talked to them and they subtracted the price of bamboo. I like Mala hotpot so I decided to keep eating, I just took the sour bamboos out.It was not a bad experience if I didn’t had a stomachache on the high way and couldn’t find a place to stop. But it was so sad… finally, ran to a washroom after I struggled for 20 minutes on highway. I have a strong stomach, but you can try here only if you have a stone like stomach!

Ordered the scallion oil noodles. Were not cooked properly and not seasoned enough. Also the taste was more like vinegar than scallion. No topping either just boiled noodles for $14.
