Chilli Chicken House (CCH)

Got food feom here after ages this oast Saturday. And the place does not disappoint. I ordered chilli chicken with gravy, mixed veg with tofu, manchurian gobhi dry and veg chowmein. Every single dish was flavourful and tasty. The best hakka food in the mississauga area for sure. The quantities are generous, the prices are fair and the service is stellar. However, be very careful with the spice levels. I asked them to male it hot, and boy, was it hot. Next time, not extra spicy.

Have been coming to eat for over 15 years! The best food. I hadn't been home for 2.5 years. This was the first place I went to. My 1 year old daughter came and the staff were so kind and caring towards here.

This is the definition of what a restaurant should be!

Pad Thai smells rancid. They use way too much cornstarch in their sauce. My guests didn’t even want to eat the food. $180 down the drain and we have to order more food.

Owner is rude and offers no solution to rectify the matter.

Visited the restaurant after ostensibly stellar reviews and social media posts only to realize the food isnt good. The taste is bland and chicken doesnt taste fresh despite ordering in the restaurant.

My daughter ordered take out from this restaurant. It was her first time. We ordered around 8 dishes. They all looked very unappealing and it tasted like it looked. It was terrible. We ordered chicken and beef dishes (chicken with mixed vegetables, ginger beef and etc) for all these dishes the sauces were so thick like glue. They used way too much corn starch. The pad thai tasted so bad no one touched it. I’ve had a lot of pad Thai in my life but not this bad. I wish I had taken pictures to show. Customer service is just as bad as the food.

So I'm partial to another Hakka places out in Pickering and Scarborough. However after eating here today, I will say the chilli chicken is better. Will definitely be back. Only drawback is you gotta pay cash no credit

This place has been my first introduction into Hakka food and has set the bar very high. The chilli chicken dry or with gravy is consistently great. The beef sechezuan is quite spicy so if you have good tolerance its a good choice. All in all a solid choice for hakka and cash pick up gets you 10% off!

I ordered the fish ball, beef brisket with rice noodle soup. Their chili oil is the best and the level of spice was perfect. Just the way i like it. Everything was delicious. Great price for the portion.
