Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very awesome experience. With great customer service and food. Really loved our visit to this place.

Food is good but they serve the chicken like they don’t want to give you any. They hardly put much in your plate

Fresh vegetables on salad, with dressing. Staff was careful to put every single ingredient into the salad ensuring that the customer wants it.

Today I was there, I ordered one plate and it was half of the portion. There were barely any vegetables, and the chicken portion is way too small . Staff were disrespectful and they gave attitude to the customer. Paying $20 for half a plate is not acceptable. Management should really consider changing the staff and strategy .

Today at 2:15 we came to eat me my sister and my husband. We ordered 3 plates and it felt almost 1 plate not 3 . The Indian girl who was putting the vegetables was very RUDE!! She literally putted not even half of the lettuce portion. And when my husband asked her to put more she gave him attitude and dirty look . We live in London on , and we have never experienced this in chipotle London. The square one chipotle should really work on training employees to respect customers. The chicken portion also was a sample not the portion we pay for. When my husband asked the girl to put more because that’s not the usual portion we get the same Indian girl pinched the brown lady and told her no . Pinching ur co-worker is definitely not professional!! Will never come back.

Always really tasty and generous portion sizes for the price. I prefer the chicken because the beef meats tend to get dryer easily so it can be a hit or miss sometimes

$15 for steak burrito that contains 6 small cubes of old, brown not good looking god know meat. 95% veggies and rice

Stood in the line 15 minutes and my burrito was only wrapped without pressing it to to toast it

Blend and no taste of any sauce but horrible mess

Probably the owner and the franchise don't care ad they already making the money $$$

Best restaurant in squareone

Good food

I have tried their large nachos and all the three dips from which guacamole & tomato red chilli salsa dip stands out , which is made fresh whenever I get a takeaway for myself. It's healthy and stomach filling too. I would rate this 10/10 for their taste , quality , freshness in food and it's pocket friendly too. Also the next I'm gonna try is their chipotle rice bowl ? can't wait to have one..

My first time trying Chipotle and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty with lots of toppings and service was lightening fast. Definitely one of the better Mexican fast food places.

the service team on 09/17/2024 around 6-6:30pm was awful. the girl making my bowl was rushing so fast that i didnt know what i was saying yes or no to. she barely put rice in my bowl and was rushing me so much even though i was the ONLY ONE in line. it literally looked like a circus show. the guy who filled my fountain drink didnt even filled it all the way. the service was AWFUL and the team needs to be trained on customer service again. rushing the line makes sense during rush hours but doesnt make sense AT ALL when you are the ONLY ONE in line. do better.
