i got a chicken bowl today and i am really happy with their quick service . i was in my break but the service made me easy. The cashier with the glasses on it was so cooperative and helpful . Will definitely rate 10/10 .

Everytime I purchase as Chipotle I receive less and less food items at higher prices. Customer service at this location is horrible. Disappointed. Chipotle do better!!!!!

Talking about chicken and brown rice both were undercooked. This location really meed to improve their customer service skills and cooking.

I visited your location today expecting to take advantage of the “wear your jersey” / BOGO entrée promotion (the one valid starting after 3 pm) as outlined in the national terms. 
I arrived at 6:01 pm and was told by the manager that the deal was off because we were “past the time.” Considering the rules say “after 3:00pm local time”, I expected there to be flexibility as long as we met the other conditions (in-store, with proper attire).
While I respect that each location may interpret and apply a promotion’s end time differently, I was disappointed that the policy wasn’t clearly posted, and there was no room for goodwill given the one minute over mark.
I hope the chain will clarify how strictly end-times will be enforced, so future customers don’t face the same mismatch of expectation vs reality.

So expansive for the quantity, I got half a spoon meat for 15.55$ bowl.
My order was missing an item and after multiple support requests Chipotle still refuses to give a refund. Will not be going back.
That short height indian girl around 6pm today was super stupid rude and very obnoxious towards us indian customers specially giving way more lesser quantities than usual. Fyi this isnt my first order so better watch your service staff.

I understand it’s in a mall and they have lot of customers but they gave very less portions and it’s very sour
I would rate zero star if I could. I ordered a veggie tofu bowl but after eating i continuously get vomiting. I don’t know how old veggies or sauces they are using. I never encountered such a bad experience with food. I will complain it to health safety and food inspection
