First of all, 0/10 customer service. I came in yesterday, April 21st, around 6:45 pm, and the girl who took my order was a slim South Asian girl with glasses. I asked her, "Can I get a bowl with half/half vegetables and Sofritas?" Everyone does this, and the prices are both the same - $12.15, so I don't get why you would have an issue. She nodded her head without saying anything, and since the line was long, I had to speak louder. Her facial expressions changed, and she looked pretty pissed off and annoyed, she never answered but made a rude hand gesture pointing at the rice for me to choose and dumped in half a spoon of stale rice and threw it over to the guy next to her with so much attitude. Why is she even working if she hates her job so much? There was another South Asian guy next to her who was much nicer and gave me what I wanted.Next, the cashier seemed like she couldn't wait to leave. She was on the phone and rushing me. She asked if I wanted something, I think it was a drink, I answered her yes, and then I asked her how much the Queso was. She looked annoyed and raised her eyebrows and voice, "Would you LIKE?" At that point, I didn't even bother to answer her. I asked you a question as a customer, so answer it, and then worry about what I want next. Maybe if you knew how to multitask you would be able to hear me well when I answered you the first time. Who even hires these people? The manager isn't doing their job properly. And if she's actually the manager, Lord have mercy. LOL.

As other FastFoods continue to progress and develop, the ever so "Trendy" Chipotle from 5 years ago stays the same.With the recent negative press on social media highlighting negativity at chipole, i decided to return to this former favourite spot I used to enjoy so much.The Advertised freshness ended up being stale chips, with queso with less seasoning than a lightly salted bag of lays. The bill ended up being costly for a main dish, side and drink even in current inflated pricing at the final bill ending at $25 and ontop of that the ingredient selection was more than lacking with only corn and lettuce being vegtable options.As the world progresses and resturants refine, I would love to see chipotle left behind in the 2010s.

They scam you beaware :) So an incident happened where they give you a regular bag of chips for a large one and they add a sticker of large on top of the regular nachos and no point in arguing with them cause they aren’t interested in listening STOP SCAMMING

They make good food but today i.e Jan 27th Saturday i came to have a bowl and told them i would like to have sour cream in it. When i paid and started having it, i noticed there was no sour cream in it and then i went to ask to give me some sour cream since they forget to put it or didnt paid attention to what i was saying which is a bad thing when it comes to customer service. They told me it will extra charge for the sour cream. Dude why the heck is will pay extra for something that is included in the food. Despite telling them that they forget to add the sour cream, they did not gave me the sour cream when i asked them. Very poor customer service. Wont have anything from chipotle ever again.

Decided to try Chipotle for the first time at this location. It was very busy and there was a line-up and a lot of workers working, I think at least 5 different people worked on my bowl. I got the bowl with sofritas as my protein. I got white rice, black beans, Green tomato salsa and the red tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, corn salad. The bowl itself was way more flavourful then I expected and was very fresh tasting. The sofritas is a great vegetarian option that is not devoid of flavour. I also got chips but they were too salty and tasted stale I couldn’t finish them at all.
