Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is very consistent. I have frequent many chipotle restaurants and I keep coming back here. The staff is very diverse compared to other locations and courteous, always see smiles and hear laughter here. The are two things that make this location superior to the others, the food is always fresh and the dining area is always clean. They also move the guest fast and ensure you get what you need. Yesterday my wife and I did not like the steak, it was a bit chewy and when I told the staff, they apologized and offered to remake my meal with another protein. Although I have to drive 35 minutes longer to this location, it’s worth the chipotle experience I crave.

Way too much guac in my bowl, not enough chicken. Chips are bizarrely shaped and chicken not cut.

We recently picked up a Chipotle catering order for an office lunch, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly—or tasted better! From the moment we walked in to pick up the food, everything was ready, perfectly packed, and organized for a quick and easy transport back to the office.

The spread was incredible. The build-your-own setup made it fun and easy for everyone to create their ideal meal, whether it was a burrito bowl, tacos, or a salad. The meats were hot and perfectly seasoned, the rice and beans were fresh and fluffy, and the toppings—especially the guac and salsas—were crowd favorites. There was plenty of everything, and the quality was top-notch across the board.

Everyone appreciated the clear labeling and thoughtful packaging. It made setup effortless and ensured everyone (including those with dietary restrictions) could find exactly what they needed. Within minutes, we had a lively lunch break with happy, full coworkers all around.

Chipotle made it so convenient to coordinate a delicious, satisfying lunch without the stress. The pick-up process was efficient and friendly, and we’ll absolutely be turning to them again for future team meals. Highly recommend!

These guys suck. Seriously. I ordered off the Chipotle app, and made it so they will have it ready for a certain time (the app gives the option for that). Tell me why they made the order 15 mins before the expected time. Now, I'm not trying to sound like a Karen here, but there's a reason why i'm upset. I was going to eat my food when I picked it up, but because they made it so early, when I got there my food was cold. I would understand if they were really busy so maybe they had to make my food in advance, but when I got there there was literally nobody in line!!! I couldn't believe it. If you didn't have to make my order early then what was the point. Also to make matters worse, they forgot to put my utensils in my takeout bag, lol (I do want to say in the app you can order without the utensils, but I clicked to have utensils, because as stated previously, I was going to eat it when I grabbed it). When I went back in to grab a utensil, they were out, so I had to ask the cashier for them. That's when they went to refill the utensils. Really disappointed by the service in this location, I eat Chipotle every now and then and never had I had service this bad from one of their locations...

Chipotle's quality and taste is unbeatable in the segment. There are new joints but they don't match the quality and preparation.

I got the smoked briskets which was great. Good size portion.
Service was very slow. One person ahead of me in the line but it took almost 8 minutes before my order was taken.
The restaurant was a mess. No napkins in dispensers, counters were sticky.

This location needs a visit from health Canada. The place is always a mess, food all over the tables I could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I see some other people are complaining about the same thing

Horrible horrible service…. There was this brown guy with beard and glasses who refused to put just a little extra corn topping… not only that he said I will be charged extra …. I will be complaining in corporate about this … have been eating at this location for very long time never ever been told I will charged extra for adding just a little topping in Veggie bowl …. That guy was literally new and gave me the attitude as if he is paying for my food. I will go to corporate about this horrible mistreat.

They should not serve cold food even if they serve a lot of people

It's a Chipotle, food is pretty consistent but this location always seems to be busy no matter what time you come. Also they tend to be out of stock on items in the evening fairly regularly at this location, even basic things like chips so certainly room for improvement.
