We just had one of the worst experience here. Our chicken tacos were laced with a dead bug inside. And they were trying to deduct the money for a bottled water while giving the refund. Had they not done that, we’d have considered it as a one-off experience. The floors were extremely dirty. No hygiene whatsoever.Terrible food & service. Never coming back to Chipotle ever again.

I made an online order and the service was quick and accurate. They're generous with their portions too.
Check your bill for extra items added that you did not order. Customer service is horrible. I was up charged almost $5 for extra meat, which I did not order, when I brought it to their attention after I paid and how I did not order extra meat I was told by the manager to contact their customer service line. No refund, just a deflection and told to contact a phone number.

Food was great. Staff was super nice. But you can’t run a busy restaurant without hiring enough cleaning staff. Tables are not wiped down. Condiment area is dirty. And the one and only washroom in the entire restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Come on Chipotle, do better, don’t become complacent.

The food quality here is consistently bad.- Sour cream so watery and diluted- Corn is sweet, not as in sweet corn but as sweet sweet- Bread burnt badly- Obviously overcooked so the steak is so dry- The cheese is almost non-existent.The side dishes portions are also lacking, feel like the staff eating 50% of my sides.
Came here last evening, girl named APURVA made my bowl and helped in processing payment. The quantity of the bowl was perfect and service was super fast. Chipotle didn’t disappointed me this time.
