Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst chipotle ever?! Probably … I’m a hugeeee chipotle fan, this store is an actual embarrassment to what chipotle brand represents! The steak I just got in my burrito bowl was so hard it could break a tooth I couldn’t rip it apart with all my strength!
The whole meal is soggy and stale it looks like it’s been sitting out all day … 70$ order the entire thing was inedible and they forgot 2 of the items I ordered as well so all around fail worst chipotle I’ve ever been to

Best salad bowl, love their veggies. I ordered half steak, half honey chicken.

Dirty, very unhealthy and unhygienic environment

This is my first and last time coming to this location for chipotle. There’s no professional way to say that they are so stingy with their portions. I bought a veggie bowl and had to ask for veggies 3 times because they were barely putting anything in the bowl. I also only got a few pieces of lettuce and had to ask twice for more lettuce. The guacamole they scoop is also barely a full scoop. It’s like they’re trying to save on every single ingredient. If I’m spending $17 on a meal you’d think they would give me worth $17. Doesn’t seem like they want their customers to come back.

This is the first time I tried chipotle, had heard a lot about it from my American friends. you get a really a good quantity of the rice bowl and chicken. And I really like the fact that at times you can get deals for free avacado dip and other stuff if you use the application.
You can also have a bottomless drink to go along with your food.

First time here. I got the steak and chicken burrito. The meat was dry and chewy. Clearly old or cooked incorrectly. Never going to chipotle ever again. This never happens at burrito boys.

Ordered Chipotle Catering for my daughter’s birthday party this week, we were beyond happy with the level of service, quality and taste of food! Her favourite Mexican ‘fast’ food is Chipotle and let me tell you, her and her 10 invitees loved it! The food was delicious, fresh and hot. It came with all utensils too! Wow….no headaches at all for the hostess ? Our experience was 10/10. The Store Manager 10/10 too!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this is the Chipotle in our neighborhood and we usually come every few weeks. The last three times have been rather disgusting with regards to cleanliness. I have brought this to the attention to staff on our last two visits and no one seems to care. The last time I was there two staff members were having their break eating beside us, finished their meal and added to the overflowing pile of garbage. Didn’t let anyone know and went back to work. Floors are full of litter and tables are dirty. We had to clean our own table with sanitizer! I can’t go back anymore because I’m thoroughly disgusted. So disappointed.

Had a great experience at this Chipotle today! My husband and I got to try the new brisket bowl and it was fantastic! Gave us lots of guac, definitely worth the extra! Staff was great & friendly!

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m someone who HATES writting bad reviews. The behaviour that the manager/ supervisor was portraying to the other staff infront of the coustmers was absolutely disgusting. She was an asian lady, and I can tell that the girl she was being disgustingly rude to was new and I guess being trained but the manager was just there criticizing her for every little thing instead of helping her. If your going to be disrespectful to ur staff infront of coustmers and not even bother to help u don’t deserve the position at all. And to the new girl that was helping us, your service was 10/10.
