Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been in many Chipotle in Canada. This is the only one who fill up your bowl beyond the capacity of bowl. Very generous. Keep doing good work

First and last time at this location as it truly ruined one of my fav spots. My wife and I just had chipotle in US and it was way better. Bigger portions, fresher ingredients, better taste. Canada used to be the place where Americans would go to find fresh food. Now it’s the other way around.

The food didn’t taste good at all. Quality was not good. Lettuce was not fresh. Service was also not welcoming. The manager seems like a grumpy person. BarBurrito tastes better in my opinion.

This place needs change of management.
No one is going to fill the contact link so save your breath.

I like chipotle in general, but the employees here do not make me want to eat here and are always miserable.

They also do not know how to put the food together, it's always soggy.

This store is relying too much on temporary forreign workers and the quality is poor because of it.

I hardly go to this location (because of previous experiences) may be twice a year but always gets disappointed. I bought a chicken bowl and the food was quite bad and full of excessive salt. whenever I ate the chicken it gave a shock of salt. Absolute No!

The sour cream was curdled, the portion of rice was excessive, and the lettuce wasn’t fresh. I really didn’t expect this from Chipotle. I understand it may have been close to closing time, but that shouldn’t mean serving poor-quality food.

food all over the kitchen floor AND she tried to charge me extra for more pico de gallo never seen that at ANY chipotle horrible service go to any other restaurant

Never seen such an underfilled Chipotle bowl. The salsa was so stale. There was a bad smell in the bowl because of the stale tomatoes

I honestly cannot recommend this Chipotle. The workers here are terrible. They don’t smile, they don’t seem welcoming at all, and it honestly feels like they don’t want to be there. I was making my order, and they were moving so fast it was like they just wanted to get it over with. One of the employees even left my order halfway through to start a new one—how is that okay?

If you ask questions about the toppings, expect to be met with annoyance. The staff make you feel like you’re bothering them just by existing, and it completely ruins the experience. The food might be okay, but when the service is this bad, you honestly don’t even want it anymore.

This was my first time trying Chipotle, and I chose this location because it’s just three minutes from my house. First impressions matter, and this one was a total disaster. Never going back.

Very disappointed with this location. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, which ruined the whole experience. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place

The worst experience ever, they cheat with chicken meat, it’s not chicken breast, in addition they have not know how to welcome you, all of them treat you like you are coming to beg your food

We stopped here for lunch on Saturday and we waited at the counter with no one saying hi or I will be right with you for about 5 minutes, with multiple staff seeing us standing there. It was 11:45 am only two people in the restaurant eating. Behind the counter the rice and veggies were empty like they were from the day before. The grill was full
Of meat but none ready to be served up.
Finally a staff member said coming and went to put gloves on and the answered the phone with the gloves on. We finally said I don’t think k we are supposed to eat here and left.

Save your money and your stomach and go to contigo taco bar instead....this place is straight garbage....the food is not fresh ....it doesn't taste good at all. I really don't understand all the fuss about chipotle!?

I don’t know WHAT could’ve possessed the four women making the food to move SO fast (nobody was behind me in the line) be so unclear and so rude. I’ve been eating at chipotle since 2017, and ever since the pandemic the service has gone to absolutely garbage. These women were serving the food SO FAST they put food in a bowl that I never asked for, and got mad when I said it’s for a diabetic and they had to throw it out. They slid the bowls down the line and skipped the salsa, corn and veggies. I asked why they aren’t serving WHAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN SERVED!! Restaurants in Ontario are going to trash because of a surplus of workers like these. They don’t care and are all a click, there’s no consequences. I just spent $40 to be absolutely rushed out the door for a cold bowl, that would’ve been hot and loaded back in the day. I couldn’t believe it. I’ll be contacting head office.
