I’ve always been a fan of this Chipotle location because they typically give bigger portions compared to others. However, my recent experience was quite concerning. I ordered a burrito bowl through Uber Eats and found a piece of wood in it. This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. I hope the management takes this seriously to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

The food served is definitely not chipotle taste. The rice is different, chicken flavor is totally non chipotle. Owner of this store - if you are reading this, pls fix this basics.

This place isn’t stingy with portions at all! Everything’s cooked fresh, and you can really taste it. I don’t mind waiting for that fresh carne asada — totally worth it. The experience was great, and Harneet ( I believe that’s what she said) was the best! Super friendly and made the visit even better.
Definitely she deserves recognition and a raise!!

I wanted to give this location a five star rating as of last week however I received a sadly small portion of chicken and lettuce today and felt compelled to give a two star rating. I’m not being picky I’ve been to other locations and it’s fair to say this location is very inconsistent when it comes to food portion, some ladies/men are usually quite generous and not all of them, they are NOT a BUSY location which makes it a mystery when they have to rush everything! I almost felt like I’m being unreasonable if I don’t say all the toppings I wanted at once they wanted you to say what you wanted in one sentence and then leave asap.

I went on Saturday night (10/11/25) after work, 8:50 pm, they close at 11 pm. They were not busy at all. The very first girl who I speaking with was very helpful and polite. She initially began my order. I was asking some questions (I don't typically eat at Chipotle), and then a second girl took over my order. I have no idea why she rushed me through my order there was no one standing in-line behind me. It wasn't until I was finishing up my order that's when another custome was in line (he got the very nice and polite girl). The other thing about being rushed through my order is that the tacos she made were really sloppy; so not a really great customer service experience. The food itself was fine. Scrolling through the reviews you can spot the trend of poor customer service from some of the employees.

Kind lady server gave extra on everything, including the meat. Not as expensive as everybody says. Atmosphere was also great at night with music.

I went there and asked for a steak bowl with all the main ingredients. When the employee got to the sour cream, the texture of it was like water. He poured it on and I asked if the sour cream is supposed to be like that. He said that is how it is normally. I paid for my order and went to the parking lot still feeling weird about the sour cream.
I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. The same employee answered. I complained again about the sour creme again and he said to come inside and he will fix it. I went inside and saw that the sour creme was the same. Watery and bubbly. I got a replacement with without it.
Paying $16 for that quality of food is craziness for such a popular restaurant.

I came here to use a bogo coupon, but the worker would not even look at it. She said it was for a specific location only, but it did not say that anywhere on the coupon. She also didn’t even look at it? How would you know? I was also told that I could use it anywhere. She wouldn’t even try to scan it! The worker was also was on the phone while helping me. Lol. Horrible customer service. I literally walked out and just went to the Erin Mills location where they had no problem using my coupon. This worker did not even give me 2 minutes to talk with her. Wish I got her name. Lazy!

do not come here unless you enjoy stomach pain absolutely the worst experience customer service was ok not very clean tho tables and chairs were dirty but the worse part was the food at first it tasted fine but as time went on the stomach pain kept on getting worse and worse to the point where wasn’t able to sleep at all if you decide to go here i’ve warned you
