Good place for some traditional southern Chinese food.

We had dinner at this restaurant last weekend. The service was extremely terrible, a waitress who served us seemed lost her life from beginning to the end, she was bitter and grumpy, scolded at us for no reason. The table is so sticky and old. The Chair's cushion is wore out and uncomfortable. The space is so tied, almost no space between tables. The Washroom is disgusting. The female and male owner, sister and brother were totally bazaar, so dismayed and gloomy seemed like someone has just died. We heard they were complaining about other customers with their waitresses and chefs. Food price is in the middle range but the quantity is way less than other restaurant. We will never come back again, even if they are the only restaurant opening in Mississauga, we rather to cook at home but don't want to see their behaviours and ugly faces.

The food here is really good and there’s a great variety to choose from. I’ll definitely come back next time to try the jellyfish head and marinated platter again!!
It was a super hot day when we visited and there wasn’t any AC, just fans, so we were sweating a bit, but honestly, the food was so tasty it made up for it.

Chiu Chow Man really hit the spot! We ordered quite a few dishes, and honestly everything came out great. The highlight for me has to be the 沙爹牛肉炒河 — super tasty with that nice wok hei, and the beef was tender. What made it extra special was the egg they mixed in with the hor fun, giving it more flavor and that silky texture. Such a smart little touch that made the dish even better.

Desserts were another win — the 清心丸綠豆爽 was light, refreshing and not overly sweet, while the 竽泥 was rich, smooth and comforting. I especially loved that they made the 竽泥 with lard, which gave it a very old-school authentic taste you don’t really find anymore.

And of course, big shoutout to 阿曼 (aka. Fei Mui 肥妹), our waitress. Even though the place was already packed at 5pm, she still took such good care of us with a smile. That kind of service makes the whole meal feel even more enjoyable.

No wonder Chiu Chow Man is always crowded — great food, little details done right, and warm service. Definitely one of those spots I’d go back to without hesitation.

Absolutely our family and friends the most favourite restaurant in the world!
Have been going there since 1997, the best authentic Chinese restaurant in we have been enjoying. It has become our the most favourite restaurant to for every celebration. why because each visit every item is always exceptionally cooked consistently delicious. Own by the same family, same standard, same care, same quality, same quantity. Every one is warm and wonderful!!

Came for lunch on weekday. Not crowded at all and still has empty tables. Soup is great but more pepper will make it tastes even better. The assorted platter in Chinese marinate sauce, I think they used to be very good in the past, but nowadays, not that tasteful and feel more like sweeten soy sauce more. Overall portion is good and there’s not the same Chiu Chow restaurant in Markham or Richmond Hill area. If I am around Mississauga, I may come again and hope it will taste better next time
