I recently visited Chole Bathure and felt a bit disappointed with the experience. The chole lack consistency in taste — sometimes they’re flavorful, but other times they taste flat or overly salty, which makes it hard to enjoy them regularly. The green chutney, while fresh, is often too spicy, even for someone used to authentic Indian spice levels.

The drinks menu is also very limited, with only a handful of options. It would be great if they could expand...
