My family and I truly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere tonight. I am 76 years old and I have to say that Dieter is the best and most caring waiter that I have ever had serve me in any restaurant that I have been at. Dieter told us that his mission is to serve us as he would like to be served and to have us say at the end of the experience that his service made the visit well worth it. I confirmed that his service did make the experience well worth it. We also noticed that other members of the team were well trained and sensitive to the needs of their clients.

A great place for a couple's celebration! The steak was great; of course, and there were many great choices, to satisfy any palette. Our server Gavin, did great job of making the night special for us.
Parking: Parking lot was busy, but there were reserved spots, for guests of Chops.

The good and the bad. The good is the facility, well designed, and the servers, polite and eager to answer or recommend. The bad was the cold and not so fresh halibut, and cold roasted potatoes. If you can’t offer fresh and warm food why put it on the menu. The prime rib was very good though.

Atmosphere is very corporate, but warm. The most unfortunate part of the visit was the food: very clearly reheated (as two people at my table had cold -- not even lukewarm -- food); there is barely any seafood in this small portion of seafood linguine (they used spaghetti) despite it costing $33 dollars; however, the Ahi tuna dish was nice and soft, and the mussles in white wine were plenty with nice white wine sauce, they were finished. Everyone was very kind and understanding when reheating the food, so I assume this is a fault of the chain rather than the staff. Overall, I would rather do a zoom call for a business dinner, I'm sorry.
Wheelchair accessibility: The table next to us had somone come in with a wheel chair, and though they could enter into the restaurant alright, it was very difficult for them to actually enter to the table.
