Chop is a great option for either a personal or business lunch/dinner. The food is good and consistent. If I were looking for fine dining, this would not be my first choice, but it is a definite option when looking to have a reasonable meal, in a comfortable setting.

Overall it was good. However, I would like to mention just one thing I thought was weird. While we were having dessert and conversating the waiter just brought the machine for us without us asking that we were ready for the bill and just left it there as we were having our dessert! Our reservation was at 7 and this occurred around 8:28 not sure if there's a time limit for seating lol.

My wife and I went for dinner while staying nearby. The food was delicious and the service was so great. Our server, Gavin, was friendly, helpful and efficient. We felt like he truly cared about our experience and was a pro about it. He provided a sample of wine to help choose and insight into the menu specialties. The atmosphere was relaxed but classy and we didn't feel rushed. Excellent steaks and prime rib. I would return.

Super busy for a Monday. Sat on the patio; was a beautiful night. Service was a bit slow but that was probably because they were busier than they anticipated.

The food was served promptly, and everything was fresh and flavourful. One standout dish was the braised rib; it was so tender and flavorful! I’m bummed that it’s only part of a special menu. Our server, Mikalah, was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and really made our meal feel special. She checked in on us promptly, offered excellent recommendations, and had such a positive energy that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Rossana was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, friendly and gave excellent suggestions on the menu. We had a wonderful experience - the food was on point! And the whole atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you Chop for the lovely evening .

Excellent service from sweet Rossana, she was so kind, considerate and accommodating towards our food allergies. We felt very cared for by Rossana. And man the food was so delicious! My hubby got the smoked ribeye which he loved! My steak and lobster was very well cooked, seasoned and delectable. And the lobster tail with garlic was very mouthwatering, I wish I had more! It was our 4th wedding anniversary, they made it special with the dessert trio, loved the crème brûlée! Definitely coming back and would highly recommend Chop to others!
